Part of me wouldnt mind having HHN back at IOA for one more yr but its never going to happen. There is to much legal paperwork in that park now that it wouldnt work. I also dont miss it being at both parks, even though it wasnt all of the studios (NY and SF) my legs where killing me by the end of the night. Plus it would be an operations nightmare to run both parks again.

Yea cause they made the mistake by putting the facade on the outside. They learned there lesson hense why SS was indoors.

Parade building is to far away for people to see inless you work at UO.. even then the stuff is hidden inside. Just because its a car doesnt mean it will be a past house. It could be a brand new house that there using a van for a prop.

Thats because scenic hasnt got its hands on it just yet, plus it doesnt need to look old nor have any wear and tear depending what the scene is suppose to be. Uh oh stand back everybody the good doctor is about to let out a giant (maybe) rant! So I've the speculation thread and I'm notcing people want remakes or rehashes of past stuff. Why dont you guys really want something original? The fear of the unknown is a very good scare tactic cause you really dont know whats coming. Yes we all love certain Houses/SZ cause where comfortable with them, but if they do something new you dont know what to except. Now if we have returning houses your almost guaranteed to know what its going to be, even if its a new story. Hell for example lets look at Body Collectors, for starters we know well have the gentleman, and two well have a spinal cord room. So already you know what most of the house is. Same thing with Screamhouse, we know in almost every room will feature Albert in some form of fashion. So maybe having an original storyline could do wonders, hell TJ made the Skoolhouse the central part of the 08 story. Did anybody see that coming? Nope! Plus Roddy loved horror movies, who doeesnt, but these days you need to get approve for them in some shape or fashion (back in the 90s thru 03 that wasnt the case). It takes a lot of time to get the rights, plus a lot of money. So maybe this yr we wont have a movie base house nor any movie characters. They could use the money they need to buy those characters and put it right back into the event. They can fix up houses, give us better merch, or even add stuff to the site. Remember they do have a certain amount of budget and cant go over it. I also think this thread is one giant wish list and will get only worse.

Yes Roddy help with the development of HHN XX but he left before they got approved from the higher ups. As I said we may never know why he left and what his original plans are unless he says it. I'm not about ask him anytime soon, Im going to respect his privacy and enjoy his life.

Have we gotten to the point as fans we want to know all the details about HHN before they announce? Dont get me wrong I do the same thing, but I also want to know the basics. Hell some fans take a risk and walk into a construction site to see houses under construction. One of the main reason why David shut his site down is due to people keep leaking the event. Where not suppose to know what the bloody theme is till they announce and so far this yr they have kept a good job with rumors. I rather be surprise so I dont know whats coming. Could A&D changed Roddy plans after he left? There is a good chance but we dont know for sure nor will they tell us. So sit back and enjoy the ride leading up to HHN, cause its going to be a bumpy one.

Last time I check there wasnt any.. We had a Jack the ripper theme area/house already.

The biggest clue last yr was of course the Shadows SZ.

Cause there is a new chapter opening up in the world of HHN. I wonder if UO will release videos like they did for HHN 18.. it was a nice build up and I still love those PR videos.

I agree with Dr. Jimmy when it comes to the ad. Its a good way for people to start talking and its doing its job I'll be happy if we dont have a tagline this yr.

We dont know yet. I dont think there doing anything with King. Plus King is a big name in the horror field, we would have herd something by now.

Its not going to be a reunion yr like sweet 16.. this yr will have a nice twist to it. Maybe well go back to original storylines with characters we design, as well not making any movie base houses.

So I was doing some thinking (again).. I really dont think the images on the website have nothing to do with this yrs theme. I could be wrong though.

MS has been rumor to come to HHN since last yr. I can see them maybe performing but only on opening night or a select handful of nights during the event. They have been hinted at this the last couple of months, there just waiting for the go ahead from UO to announce there plans.

So I've been doing some thinking... They clean out everything that was on the server... BM stuff, Sweet 16, ect.. So maybe we might get a fresh start this yr. As I've been saying the icons can come back that doesnt mean we need a past house.. they did that already once. Also they got MS in the copyright section
