The site has updated, looks like it is for saw.

I really hope that this is true, I never got to do the UTH tour and would really love to be able to do it this year. UPDATE: I called just to double check and the person did say they would be offering it this year, but they do not have any info yet and to call back in a couple of weeks.

I'm glad you all liked my photos. Quiksilver, the pyro shot was taken with a Canon Rebel XTi and a Tamron 17-50 f2.8 Lens. I used a aperture of f11 and used bulb mode. For that particular shot the shutter was open for 2 seconds.

That would make sense to me. All I know is I will stick to popcorn at this theater, I do not need to turn into a cannibal after all. I hope that one of the houses takes place in a sewer, they are always awesome settings for a house.

That is my point, I wish they were more vague instead of confirming the theme that quick. I liked the slow buildup of last year. Although they still have not mentioned a mascot or an icon, so there might be hope for a real backstory like last year.

I am kind of disappointed that they did not even do a teaser, if hhn 17 is any indication we will not have a real backstory this year.

If universal has them, some high res pictures of the houses without people in them. So much work gets put into those houses it makes you wonder how much is there than nobody ever notices. Other than that just the stuff you already mentioned.

I don't think that Lionsgate/Twisted Pictures will require much, when the one in California was built they pretty much told the owner that he could do whatever he wanted.

The more I think about it, the more I hope saw will just be the token movie house, like Doomsday or Dead Silence. I know for sure that it could make a good haunted house, the one they built in California got great reviews. But I just do not think that the Saw franchise could even come close to being icon/whole event worthy. So all I can do is hope that A&D comes up with another original storyline and continues on the successes of HHN 18.

If they did do a show I doubt it would be on the temporary stage, I am sure they would use the new permanent stage in the former boneyard. Although I doubt they would do it due to crowd control, I hope they do the interactive rooms that they did at the Saw house in California last year. That was one thing that definitely made that house stand out among all the other houses in the US.
