With all the stuff that goes down in Carey Ohio this wouldn't be too far fetched. I'd honestly love to see the Mayor of Carey as an icon. How they would get him to kinda play in to the IP houses I don't know but that's a great idea.

That and I don't think they would have a sufficient path for a parade. Chances are NY is going to have decent sized props that won't be moved and I can't really see it going through anywhere else.

Yeah, that's what I saw. I think it's totally possible for her character to bring them back, and I'd really really like that. Then we'd get a new icon and the return of ones we really like. I would've totally gone for it if they didn't overload it with all the rediculous crazes that came with the 70's but by Conjuring with Vampires you pretty much mean Vampires in a creepy house?

Then if she brought other icons would it be a possibility for her to bring other icons that have been speculated on? (Caretaker, Cindy, Director, Voodoo Queen) I read that the guy that plays The Caretaker was seen at Universal HQs a week or so ago, and there was the Gif a little while back that resembled The Director.

I'm thinking Lady Death too, I really like the concept of her but i also feel like her character may be too basic. I mean from what I know she's an entity that brings death. Although I will admit I don't know much about her and how they used her in Singapore. There could be a ton more that I don't know, if anyone has more info please enlighten me! I remember reading that aswell. If they are indeed growing corn for the Scarecrow maze maybe Maybe Vamp 74 is going into a soundstage?

If I remember correctly I saw a previous post that said the Voodoo house and the Scarecrow house would be in SS24. I could be wrong though.

The excitement is real. This is one of those facades I can't wait to see, so I hope they knock it out if the park. How's everyone feeling about this house?

I could see a vampire frat house, house, pleaseeeeeeeeeee no bell-bottoms though. I'd much rather see the maze inside a school environment though. (Classrooms, Locker room, etc). I loved the Evil Dead house though and am really looking forward to Ash vs Evil Dead. I gotta get caught up on the second season though. Putting it as the comedy house is iffy for me just because a great majority of the humor from that show comes from Bruce Campbell. I really hope it's on the show and not the original movies. I love the franchise and the first two films but if they Call it Ash vs Evil Dead that's what they need to base it on. Unless they try to play it as Ash's history versus the Deadites which I think was previously stated somewhere in the forums.

Michael Dougherty wants Trick 'r Treat 2 to be perfect. That movie was such a cult hit. I don't want it to be hit with that dreaded sequel curse. I'd love for it to show up in the event. You'd honestly hear me squeal like a little girl, let's wait to hear more on the sequel though because for all we know it could get pushed back again. Lol I'm not trying to get my hopes up.

It would be a great way to get some of the crowds out from the houses. Almost like a third show, and from the videos I've seen it's visually appealing so I'd definitely like it, but I think the path in most of SF is too small and that's not including anything they may have there for the SZ. I could see it coming out where in past years the Disaster que house was and going through NY but that's only if they don't have any of those big props like cars and such.

I agree with you on this. I'm sure there are some people that are fortunate enough to hit all 3 events but if they brought her here I'd have no problem with it what so ever. Do you think if they brought her, they'd also bring her parade? I could see that causing some problems with the props and such they have out in the streets.

I can't remember a weekend announcement, and as for a Trick 's Treat house it sounds like we're on the same page. Fingers crossed we'll get one eventually. The Skoolhouse in 08 wasnt enough for me. She was just my pick of the three and I think I'd enjoy her character a little more than the others even if it's going to be reused from Singapore. I won't put down the other two though because I'm sure they would still probably do a good job with them. Honestly I'm still crossing my fingers and holding onto what little hope for The Caretaker and Cindy. Also. I hope everyone in the forum is having a great day!

If they announced something that hasn't been "leaked" a lot of people including myself would have that feeling like they just got the chair they were about to sit on pulled out from underneath them, which I want. Id love to be surprised about an announcement. Well if we get the Voodoo Queen then the icon would have a house. I really do love that character but I just can't grasp her as an icon. The Reaper sounds cool but when I think of Reapers I get this image of a really bland Reaper. Scythe and the tattered black robe. If that's what it is I'm excited to see what they bring to the character. Lady Death has me really really intrigued though. She's the only one of the three I can actually somewhat visualize as the icon.

I'll throw my few dollars in for Thursday as well. You guys/girls think it'll be a dual announcement? Icon and house/scarezone?

I'm still not used to the idea of Dracula: Untold. This would put two vampire houses at this years event, but they are completely different looking creatures so I guess its alright. Dracula should have a cool scenery and i'm hoping it'll be very detailed which is the only reason i'm kinda looking forward to it.

The original Michael (Tony Moran) was 6' but in Rob Zombies remake Michael (Tyler Mane) was 6'8

I'm actually really looking forward to this and I think New York is the perfect place to have it and I think its going to make a good scare zone. Plus the Motorcycles part has got me really intrigued as well.

As of yesterday I went on a marathon and knocked out 7 of the 10 episodes and I can say that it definitely has the environment to make a good scary house. No doubt that we will go though both the Titty Twister and the Aztec ruins which both have a great environment for a good house. I also get the sense that we will be seeing several bodies without their heads...... or at least I hope.

I'm not necessarily excited for it but I think we can all say its going to be interesting in seeing what From Dusk Til Dawn will bring to our table and I think it could be quite the house but we'll see.

I'm looking to buy the HHN 17 employee button. I have every button starting at year 10 it and all the way up to year 18. I feel incomplete without it. I'll also look at lanyards and event guides.
