  1. Well, I'm already home from our Sunday night trip. Gotta go to work in the morning, siiiigh.

    Tonight was great, as usual.

Still getting some solid scares from cast A in Hades. Good job guys!

Several shout outs from scareactors in Hallowed Past, Catacombs and in the street scarezones for DD's Vault shirt. Thank you!

We got to go through Orfanage by ourselves, just me and my daughter. The lady letting people in said that when the line is real short, they stagger the guests entering, so you are essentially "alone" in the house. So all the scares were just for us. It was EXCELLENT. Since it was about 6:30, I'm assuming it is cast A. Highlight of the night, for sure.

I loved the dude in his heelys in the 20 years of fear scarezone. He cracked me up.

Chain saw drill team- funny as hell to watch in action! "I'm gonna get the pregnant lady there...........well, I thought she was pregnant!" I was LMAO.

Keep up the great work everyone, keep bringin it!

  2. I like #3. I dress for comfort as well though. Until like, 8pm its hot as hell and then all the running around and trucking all over the park, I need comfortable shoes. Keep in mind the crowds. One year, my daughter and I were leaving, we were right around Terminator. A drunk guy ran right into her, hard. He stepped on her foot. She was wearing some cute flip flops and the guy ripped her toenail nearly in half. We had to get first aid before leaving the park. So, I always worry about open toe shoes now too.

  3. Last year I was kinda peeved that on several days, we had just made it out of the very first soundstage and people from the outside were already flooding in the que. So, yes, they let the outside folks in whenever they seem to feel like it. Sometimes you will have a 10 minute jump on the crowds, sometimes longer. I don't know the rhyme or reason, just what I noticed last year.

I thought it kinda defeated the purpose of stay and scream, but what do I know.....

  4. I'm in the camp with those that don't really care too much about the commercial. It won't have any effect on your enjoyment of the event. In fact, they may have spent more money on the event and less on marketing which is a-ok with me.

    BruinsFan-

That is a great way to look at it, for sure. I am hoping it is just gonna get better because, I agree, marketing is not that great this year. They must still be on their Harry Potter high. I'm sure it'll be very crowded no matter what.

  5. Besides the lines, which was my vote, SLOPPY drunks top the list.

Drunks are cool, even funny most times......sloppy drunks that are 400 lbs and throwing their girlfriend into walls, props, people- (namely me), and scareactors in Meetz Meats last year almost made me forget I was civilized. That is the only dude I've complained to security about, ever. But I guess you can't fix stupid.
