  1. Oh lord! Dont' let Universal read this, pleasepleaseplease. King K didn't mean that, really. Don't get any funny ideas, uni suits.........
  2. Well, I'm already home from our Sunday night trip. Gotta go to work in the morning, siiiigh. Tonight was great, as usual. Still getting some solid scares from cast A in Hades. Good job guys! Several shout outs from scareactors in Hallowed Past, Catacombs and in the street scarezones for DD's Vault shirt. Thank you! We got to go through Orfanage by ourselves, just me and my daughter. The lady letting people in said that when the line is real short, they stagger the guests entering, so you are essentially "alone" in the house. So all the scares were just for us. It was EXCELLENT. Since it was about 6:30, I'm assuming it is cast A. Highlight of the night, for sure. I loved the dude in his heelys in the 20 years of fear scarezone. He cracked me up. Chain saw drill team- funny as hell to watch in action! "I'm gonna get the pregnant lady there...........well, I thought she was pregnant!" I was LMAO. Keep up the great work everyone, keep bringin it!
  3. The guy in the long hallway in Hades with the big ass axe looking thing, around 6:30, he got me good --Friday and Saturday! I really loved the team about 6:55-7:00 in Zombiegeddan. This house was sooooooo much better tonight than Friday night. Great job everyone! I can't wait for next Sunday.
  4. I like #3. I dress for comfort as well though. Until like, 8pm its hot as hell and then all the running around and trucking all over the park, I need comfortable shoes. Keep in mind the crowds. One year, my daughter and I were leaving, we were right around Terminator. A drunk guy ran right into her, hard. He stepped on her foot. She was wearing some cute flip flops and the guy ripped her toenail nearly in half. We had to get first aid before leaving the park. So, I always worry about open toe shoes now too.
  5. Number one thing: CHAINSAWS It can be February 25th, let me hear a chainsaw...I give the side eye to my daughter and say Halloween Horror Nights! She always seems to give me , but I don't care. LOL
  6. It really is a good idea, especially for the people who want to spring the cash for the experience. I hope they don't skimp on that special house. They could make some serious money if it has good scares. I mean really, if people are willing to pay $9.00 per drink, what is a $25.00 for a house AND t-shirt....
  7. Last year I was kinda peeved that on several days, we had just made it out of the very first soundstage and people from the outside were already flooding in the que. So, yes, they let the outside folks in whenever they seem to feel like it. Sometimes you will have a 10 minute jump on the crowds, sometimes longer. I don't know the rhyme or reason, just what I noticed last year. I thought it kinda defeated the purpose of stay and scream, but what do I know.....
  8. BruinsFan- That is a great way to look at it, for sure. I am hoping it is just gonna get better because, I agree, marketing is not that great this year. They must still be on their Harry Potter high. I'm sure it'll be very crowded no matter what.
  9. We used to wear our Vault shirts and the scareactors would give us a real good scare or shout out. This year, I didn't get a shirt from HNN and the old site is dead, we'll see how it goes. But, I'm sure eveyone will do a great job, as usual!
  10. I haven't seen any ads yet, unfortunately. The website and the Coke ad has been just average to me so far. I hope they step it up in the coming weeks.
  11. Besides the lines, which was my vote, SLOPPY drunks top the list. Drunks are cool, even funny most times......sloppy drunks that are 400 lbs and throwing their girlfriend into walls, props, people- (namely me), and scareactors in Meetz Meats last year almost made me forget I was civilized. That is the only dude I've complained to security about, ever. But I guess you can't fix stupid.
  12. I would never take a photo inside a house, but I go so often throughout the event, I do get chances to take pictures with the scarezone scaractors. I wait until a lull or get an action shot. Posed photos, unless in the theme of things isn't as fun as a scare shot. Man, I can't wait for the end of September....
  13. I too think that it will affect attendance in a negative way in MY eyes LOL. More people, more lines. I do the frequent fear pass, so I'm hoping the off nights won't be as bad as peak nights, since by HHNtime , most people coming for HP will be vacationing and hit up HHN on a Friday or Saturday night. One can hope...
