I've seen this car too actually... Except it was on Universal Blvd. heading toward Portofino. I didn't think anything of it before, but if the car is driving the same route often that is rather peculiar.. Though if we saw it the same day that might just be coincidence. I saw it on Friday afternoon. Was this close to the same time you did?
