I really don't believe this rumor. I mean, cmon. It sounds ridiculous as hell.
I remember this was talked about last year about the possibilities of walking and every which way of it was bad. Someone should get Murdy on twitter, hopefully he'll clear this up.

Can you really call a common gag (used in various haunts) something that's "repurposed?" If you are talking about certain props that's one thing, but general scare tactics aren't repurposed.

When I first figured AVP was a likely maze, I said my dream role (realistically, I am not built like a Predator) would be to have a chestburster and/or facehugger. Even as a victim role, that's pretty freaking cool. The chestburster is one of the most iconic images in all of horror. The facehugger is close behind. They were designed by the late and great HR Giger, one of the most influential artists in the dark art world. I was in serious shock when I found out and I can't be more honored.

I was talking to this guy at a party and I said I liked Dogfishhead but they are expensive. Then wouldn't you know it, he iis suddently a werewolf wearing kneepads and trying to tell me about how I don't need to drink beer to have a good time at KSF. I am tired of this aggressive marketing, it is ruining my life.

It would be more like if the dodger players were screaming at giants fans while playing the game, and as a result playing a horrible game.

Okay everyone is entitled to their own opinion and if they express it and you disagree... who cares? How does that affect you in anyway whether they've seen the entire season or the first 10 minutes. Let people keep their opinions and you keep yours.

Good point about TWD. When the action picks up it is great, but there are a lot of episodes that are just angry people camping.
Mostly finished with FDTD series. The creatures are dramatically un-Dracula Untold like (good) and there are a ton of new characters and environments. I am now even more excited.Oh, and if hammy acting actually killed a franchise's chances of being a maze then NOES would have been a disaster.

I read all the stories, read too many comments, and I kept thinking - shit, another reason for people to take it out on the "over-sensitive" gay folk.. However, I was pleasantly surprised that I never really saw a huge wave of hate. In fact, much of what I read was similar to what you just wrote.
You must have not seen the threads I was a part of.

And in FDTD the show, like the movie, there is a compelling story before the snake demon vampires come out to play. They just now got to Terminus in TWD, but there was stuff that happened before.

Just looked it up. You kidding me, they don't even get to the strip club until episode 6?! Kinda doubting Murdy's judgement on this one.
TV show storytelling is not the same as movie storytelling.
