  1. IDK... This really screams Universal Classic Monsters to me... Creatures of the night, wolf howls, monster growls... Dracula, Wolf Man, Frankenstein...
  2. I'm sure certain media sites have the hook-up with media relations.
  3. My stupid work computer won't play it. I have to wait until I get home. Grrr...
  4. Other sites have also recieved this phone call.
  5. Could this maybe be a sign that the Classic Universal Monsters are the Icons? Universal seems to be incorporating the construction into some sort of story line. Perhaps, the Classic Monsters have been buried and are now being dug up after being forgotten. Think about it, Dracula, The Wolf Man, Frankenstein, The Mummy; whatever have taken a back seat at HHN having been replaced by things like Jack the Clown, Fear and Lady Luck. These monsters are part of the Universal Horror legacy. It could also tie into the 100 years celebration as well. This "creature" isn't alone either. The hand looks a little too manicured to be a zombie. Maybe Dracula or Frankenstein.
  6. How about another really far fetched idea: The Crypt Keeper! Lol. Victorian Mansion fits with that. The whole "imagination and reality have combined to create a living nightmare" may work in there. He would be coming home too I guess. Forgive me I've just returned from the ER. Must be the drugs, lol.
  7. I've actually been thinking about this the past few hours. What I'm thrown off by is the "not from the world" and "it's time he came home". How would they know an object is not from this world? And the last clue clearly states a being of some kind. But that's also assuming the two clues are part of the story. The latter could be for a house. I could totally get behind Dracula as an the Icon. I've also thought about the puppet master guy from singapore as well. May fit the clue picture of the dummy's from a while back. I think that's reaching though.
  8. That's what I thought a few posts above you. To take that a step further too, this Trick R Treaters scare zone sounds like something Cindy may fit into as well. Wishful thinking though I think .
  9. I'm just spitballing here, but with all this talk about "digging", a possible cemetery like scare zone, this Victorian style haunted house; plus the last clue of the day being "It's time he comes home", could The Caretaker be involved somehow? I thought I heard some speculation about a gravedigger like personality being involved. Just throwing out an idea. EDIT: This was just put on HHN's Facebook page: I can't help but smirk a bit.
  10. Thanks. Lol. That got crazy there for a moment... HHN says on their Facebook page No more clues today. Clue 6 "It's time He comes home".
  11. I don't know what to make of it. This has been the most intreguing 2 hours of pre-HHN 2012 all summer...
  12. Just tweeted by UORHHN: "We’ve dug “something” up. We’re not exactly sure what it is, but it is NOT of this world. It’s freaking us out a little bit. More to come…"
  13. Well, that google place for the clues has gone straight to heck in a handbasket...
  14. Howdy all. I know I'm new. . Thought these words were interesting especially since HHN just posted this on thier Facebook:
