Has anyone seen the pictures with Jack holding cards with pictures of people like Freddy and Jason on them? I feel like it will have something to do with that. Tarot cards with pictures of icons and IP characters. It would fit with the whole circus theme too.
I can't figure out how to attach the picture, but I'm pretty sure the picture you are referring to is from HHN 17 with the Carnival of Carnage.

The other element under the cover looks to be some type of wheel. My guess is either a "wheel of doom" concept to "decide" the fate of the victims or it is another device like the blender.
If I remember correctly, Lady Luck had a wheel as one of her props. Possible that the show could be used to introduce all of our icons before they get sent to their individual areas in the scarezone.

Buh, terrible. Only interesting to come out of this is the "every hour" thing. That's a whole lot of stuff to post leading up to the reveal. Part of me thinks it will just be 36 pictures of Jack chronologically from when he was introduced until now.

Oh no, don't get me wrong, I completely understand the need for categorization. But when the thread is a general "discussion" thread I just believe that one should expect some random viewpoints and just general statements about what the poster wants or is excited for.

@Freak I agree with your general point, but in defense of some posters it almost seems as if whenever someone brings up a crazy or interesting view point they get jumped on and told "that's just not logical" or get told to go post elsewhere. Just a sad state of affairs

I thought about that too. It would hinder the flow and the anticipation I'm assuming is that it is going to be packed. I just feel like if you're going to do it, DO IT!

Definitely excited for RUN. I sincerely hope that they use the moving fences; I have only ever read about the original RUN house but this sounds very cool.

Since discussion is a little slow right now, is there any chance what is happening over at the vault (can we discuss other fan sites on here?) is related to HHN this year? Or is someone just bored and getting the site active again?
I don't know too much about the vault since I wasn't a member, but I see that it is starting to gain some attention on social media.

I for one am excited that the past icons are returning. It is something that I have been waiting for since XX. But bringing them back with no explanation disappoints me slightly; are they just forgetting the story that they developed in XX when they took all of the icons away with Fear?
I understand that most of the attendees will not care or think about it at all. However, story continuity is a big deal to me. Anyone know anything about this?

Saturday night (10/11)-Sunday morning (10/12) around 1:55am in Giggles and Gore a huge shout out and thank you to the clown in the blue with the really tall hat that followed my fiance out of your room and whispered "I'm right behind you". Best scare for her and best laugh for me. Much appreciation! Same house, same time, clown that came out of the wall and completely blocked the turn and froze my sister, awesome

Is Eddie in the lantern?
He and Cindy both made appearances at 20 I believe. Not sure if they are considered to be in the lantern since they never actually had an even that they were icons of. I don't know if only icons are considered to have gone away or old characters in general.

I intentionally left Mary out since she was not "imprisoned" in the lantern in 20. I was trying to think of another for 30, so they could still include her, unless they give us someone else random like Fear in 20. Or it could be 25 as JDW suggested, I didn't even think of that milestone number.

Sounds like I have decided to catch up at a very busy time! I love this dust witch idea with the Jack tie in. If she releases Jack, does she release everyone? Or could this be a basis for the next few years. Each year someone else gets released (24-Jack, 25-Caretaker, 26-Director, 27-Storyteller, 28-Usher) leading to a big reunion party at HHN 29? I should probably slow down...

^this is because the clues are pulled out of someone's ass only when Dr Jimmy releases a new cryptic clue... you'd think people would catch on to this. It'd be a completely different story if there was a new "ifrit clue"
BEFORE Dr Jimmy's cryptic clue... point being, the dolt creating these clues purposely waits for a new cryptic clue to be given, then hastily creates a clue of their own... So yes... don't overthink it.Very true. I keep telling myself to learn from last year, but I fall into the trap! I have a tendency to think more than is necessary everyday of my life!

I am more inclined to believe that if the clue is indeed Shakespeare that it is more cryptic than referencing a Shakespeare house. As mentioned earlier in the forum, it seems that the ifrit's clues are matching up to Dr. Jimmy's and Shakespeare is a famous surname. Over thinking again I'm sure.

An American Patriarch (American Dad) reveals the clue when the Principle yells. He yells "Shakespeare, b*tches!"

So, next clue is possibly Shakespeare or Alice Cooper...very interesting -
The show "American Dad!" has an episode titled "spelling bee my baby" which involves a school principal. Might warrant a look at the episode.
