After looking over the recent work done with the new images by a few investigators on FB today, the pattern seems to contain only 5 sections. Which doesn't support the "each symbol represents an icon" theory.
It's looking like it might be a good idea to go back to the drawing board on the true meanings of these symbols.

Well i was right on the symbol.
Yes, they are in fact the same things (told you kids its not crosshairs... when it comes to the esoteric, trust the one who does gematria of every name just to see how it fits)
So, I posted a theory, doesnt even mean its remote, but its an early idea I have.
The symbols are symbols of certain beings, representing their incarnations. Dieties/gods/demigods whatever....
Jack = Chaos
Caretaker = Death etc etc etc...
working toward the one who leads them all
something to feed on and mull over

Wow, excellent work, guys. I am seriously impressed.
This may be silly and way off-base...but...am I the only one who thinks the image in the center of the drawing/symbol/crest/whatever-the-hell-it-is resembles a stylized Eye of Horus? It looks sort of hieroglyphic-y to me.
Rob...you wouldn't dangle a clue like that right in front of our eyes, would you? Who am I kidding...of course you would.

Sounds like its probably just marketing and art direction to me. Anyone else agree this is probably the only reason for the added blood and compositional alterations? More ground just seems be being gained on the changing burn marks theory than any other right now.
I think both things are related... would make no sense to change those little things fut for marketing purposes...
