As Allison Endicott has a facebook page, it occurred to me to look for Gabriel Fell as well. Alas the only Gabe Fell who appears to have a facebook page recently graduated from a high school in Iowa! LOL
EDIT - on the whole significance of the name Gabriel, I don't think it is meant for us to delve into all the various functions of the archangel Gabriel in various traditions. (and there are a LOT), rather the name is simply that of the best known angel. Even non-religious people if asked to name an angel would most likely say 'Gabriel'. So, I think Gabriel is just meant to be representative of an angel, not a specific archangel, that plus the surname Fell gives us a Fallen Angel.
A fallen angel is of course a demon or devil. That is all the name is meant to imply, that LT's SVP is demonic.
If you want to get into all the various meaning of Gabriel or any of the other angels with me send me a PM, I have a Master's degree in Theology from Maimonides University.
well if we want to go really deep we could look at the gematria of the name.. in hebrew Gabriel is גבריאל which enumerates to 246 which also enumerates to Rebel, Unrighteous, Light, Oracle, Wounded, Compass, appearance, know, hide, way, and word.
in the greek γαβριηλ enumerates to 154 which gives us correspondence to Judgement (day), age, grave, journey, rejoice and message.
take from that what you will...

HAHAHA. I didn't hear that part. All i knew was all of a sudden you called me (I think it was you.. i'm blanking this second) and started yelling about the clue being wrong and having the new info. XD Then it all made sense.

that would have made things so much easier with that stupid clock. -facepalm- I was watching some of the videos from that last night on YT and i could hear "OKAY!? WHO'S TEXTING MOONFALL?" in the background -facepalm-
no the clock would have been easier had the actor who gave us the first clue not messed up the line, the rest of them were easy. once i had "someone" correct the actors line for me it was simple to figure out.

I only know because I studied religions that aren't my own when i was a kid. my parents wanted me to understand a lot of different religions XD
and, thank you! Real life kinda got in the way, but now that there's something to focus on, i'll be around more. I'm not so much a "OMG THERE'S PLYWOOD! LETS GUESS WHAT IT WILL BE" person anyways.

Sorry to go off on a tangent, but you're both wrong. Horus is right in that it's unlikely that they'd mix Cthulu and Greek myth in the same house. However, Greek myth does have a place in Lovecraftian fiction. Hypnos, the personification of sleep, has actually shown up in some of the work that makes up said universe.
Also try not to be an ass Turbotax. Knowledge of literature isn't "being on an author's balls". Although the point about ellipses stands, you have a good point there. :3c
Anyhow, I doubt that they'd take from the storyline to Doom, although it is a possibility. I'm actually thinking more mutants or aliens. Shadow Creek, Shady Creek... I don't know. It gives off a Hangar 18 feel to me. Unless they're going to say that the demons from Hell ARE mutants. That... would be pretty silly, though.

Well, just because Alice and the Mad Hatter are mentioned, it doesn't necesarily mean they would have to be a part of Scary Tales. There's no reason the story could have a house dedicated to it; I mean...is it likely? No. But possible. At this point in the game, just about anything is possible :] Besides, I don;t think they'll do another Scary Tales, at least not this year.
And ah, thank you for the clarification EyeofHorus. White Rabbit was cast on Hollywood Blvd. I believe and Mad Hatter was over in the Parade building. I fumbled the names, but thank you for the correction :]

Does anybody think that the Grecian mythos house has anything to do with the "Mountain of Madness" film that was announced?
there are soooo many things wrong with that statement i cant even begin..... but no... greek myths and c'thulu have little to do with one another...
that said i wouldnt be surprised to see it pop up in the 2012 event... when it would make sense to promote the film
Who was it who suggested that this year's icon would be a personification of Fear? That is seeming more likely to me now. I am also getting a "Welcome to Hell" vibe from some of this, but I doubt they'd do anything as obvious as actually having Satan as an icon...that WOULD rile the Puritans. (Though it'd be funny as all Hell.) And remember, HHN already HAS a devil...two of them, actually, if you count Knightmare. All this speculation about a new icon has me doubting that either Darkness or Knightmare would be the icon but I actually would be OK with Darkness as the head cheese, releasing all the icons from Hell for one last romp. It makes sense.
all im gonna say is a photo op with satan would be pretty cool... but im usually busy having fun that time of year, its like someone asking for an autograph when your at dinner... just kinda rude/

If they hide someone in the van, I would imagine the door would be propped open to make sure such an incident wouldn't happen.
the problem is more the scareactor doesnt have a quick and easy egress to safety from the guests... so dont expect it to happen

Call me crazy but I don't think a scare-actor would be in the van. If they did place someone in their. The door wouldn't open. It's safety reasons is why I'm thinking. Let's say some drunk or a-hole person decided to jump on the person in the van. Thus this would leave them trap or more so in a very dangerous part. But what do I know. All my roles have always had a door in case of danger.
