I'm torn. At first thought I was thinking the rune house, but now vampire nurses preying on innocent wounded soliders sounds kinda awesome. Especially in correlation with the Florence Nightengale poem.

Lucky Charms!!! Its seeming more and more that Lady Luck may be our icon. Unless there's not an icon, but like a mascot (like the inmate from 04). Either way, I'm very excited to see where it goes from here.

DDId I miss something? They are saying the The Rush of Fear Pass is 69.99, but it is almost August and they still have posted what the The Rush of Fear Pass with Halloween Horror Nights Express Pass will be. Does anyone know what the express option of the first ten nights will cost or when they will go on sale?

At first I thought vampires. Now the only thing that makes sense to me is S&S.
Horizon Extraction Facility... Extraction being the key.
According to calvary, there were two water tanks and a large gear in the queue. Somone else stated they saw a rusty pipe full of holes... so I think it is sounding good.
I was about to post this! lol I think it would be cool to see how the people from S&S "extract" the water they need from people's bodies. Maybe something Body Collectors like maybe? Instead of collecting body parts, its water.

So I was looking back at the fourms and not many people have been talking about the Jaws Queue codnames. Insomniac and Bubble. Not alot of information but maybe it means a person with insomnia and maybe it drives them insane? Not sure about Bubble... if anyone has anything to contradict this then let me know so I can think on that Idea too...
More than likely not happening, but Stephen King's Insomnia, which also had to do with the fates, had people with bubbles over their heads. But good idea if it did happen.

Just some random musings from what I've read (slow day at work): The queen of spades is considered unlucky in the card game "Hearts", and is also the Old Maid card....which kinda ties in with what someone else mentioned about the Queen of Spades beign a spinster. Maybe could be part of the icon's backstory (an unlucky spinster?)?

Lots of talk about the Ace/Queen hand. Dave, my husband, watches the poker championships on TV pretty religiously and I heard that this is called 'the biggest trouble hand in poker'. Apparently, as good as a hand as it is, so many other combinations trump it that it has a reputation as a game-killer. I don't know if it's relevant; especially if our theme is Black Jack based, but I thought it was interesting.

Couldn't agree more. His show was repetitive every year...even last year the two Malice and whatever shows were derivative of the past few years. That wouldn't be a bad thing if the show was really good. I found chatting with Brian after the show to be 100x more enjoyable than the show itself.
I love the RHPS and want them to bring it back. It was so much fun and I think really fit in with the event. I know, it never changes either...but it's so great that 36 years later, it's still awesome every time. The WORST idea they could have would be to do a Shock Treatment tribute
Hey! Shock Treatment isn't absolutely horrible. The songs are awesome.....the plot, no, but its still kinda fun. If only I could find my DVD

I've only gotten to go once (in '09) so far, but I will never forget walking through the Dracula house, hugging the wall in the mirror room and unexpectedly having someone growl into my ear from what I thought was a solid wall!! It was awesome!! lol
