  1. Actors were back on their A game tonight. Atmosphere was amazing (as always, LOVE that we're traveling right through a hurricane...love how the sets are movie quality). 9/10
  2. 1. Nevermore- 10/10 2. Saws N Steam- 10/10 3. Winter's Night- 9/10 4. Nightingales- 9/10 5. Forsaken- 9/10 6. The Thing- 8/10 7. In Between- 8/10 8. Blood N Gutz- 7/10
  3. I will be there tomorrow night, most likely wearing my Bill and Ted shirt.
  4. yeah, sign me up for that film. Looks AMAZING!! Now, back to topic!
  5. I got the other person too. He just stood there, for a second I wondered if he was a doll or something. I also missed the effect.
  6. I got to hit every single house last night/today + the Jaws Ride and Mummy!!! Yah, EPIC WIIN! I must say that this is the best year I have attended thus far (only weak part is really Lady Luck, The scarezones are entertaining enough but the real star is all the original and memorable houses).
  7. For me this was the #1 Top House of the night! I don't think the scareactors have ever gotten so close to me before (maybe it was the glasses?). Love how the whole house resembles an acid trip gone VERY bad. The spinning tunnel, lazer room, yarn room, floating head room, and the never ending hallway are some of my personal favs. Such a phenomenal house with truly phenomenal scareactors who were ALL on their A game. Thanks to everyone, I will definitley be seeing you all again on my next trip (pun?). FINAL SCORE: 10/10
  8. Yet another Top House of the night. Nothing has really changed in ths house, and that's perfectly fine with me since it was already a perfect house to begin with. I'm sorry Edgars, I just can't be scared of you guys (love u too much, still want to just hug u...no homo). It's a joy to get to walk thru Poe's tales and be able to meet the master himself. Amazing house. FINAL SCORE: 10/10
  9. Another top house of the night! I must say this is officially one of my personal favorites and is another DO NOT MISS. Loads better than last year's Legendary Truth. The cemetery setting is beautifully realized and I LOVE the chill in the house. Every scareactor is usually on his/her A game, and it's tons of fun to continually re-visit the Hawthorne Cemetery. FINAL SCORE: 8.5/10
  10. Another Top House of the night. Got to hit this one again tonight. Since I have officially seen the film, I can say that it perfectly captures the atmosphere seen in the film, feels like you are inside the film. The film itself is pretty bad, but the house is awesome on so many levels. Definitely a DO NOT MISS! FINAL SCORE: 8.5/10
  11. One of the Top Houses of the night. I wasn't expecting much from this house, but boy did it prove me wrong on all counts. If ever there was a house to break the curse of the Jaws house it's this one. It's fairly lengthy, manages to tell a whole story, has some pretty damned cool effects. and the scareactors are on their A game here. Definitely one of the top houses of the night! By far the best house I've witnessed in the Jaws House/queue so far. FINAL SCORE: 10/10
  12. Got to hit this one agin, and it's every bit as intense as I remembered it being. Still an amazing house. FINAL SCORE: 8/10
  13. Got more time in each room this time around. It is a fun house but it;s not particularly scary or funny. Scareactors do a pretty great job here, so congrats to all. FINAL SCORE: 7/10
  14. Finally got to hit this one again. The scareactors seemed kind of tired, but the sets and Hurricane effects were fantastic as usual. FINAL SCORE: 8/10
  15. I will be there TONIGHT in my usual getup (Aerosmith cap, Nightmares shirt). Is there a meet-up tonight, btw? Just curious
  16. Here are some recent photos of me, they are pretty much what I will be wearing tonight. If you see me in the parks, be sure to give me a holler!
  17. I was there over the weekend, and I quickly grew bothered by the poncho I had (Wind kept blowing it up, didn't work all that well to begin with). If you don't have any problem with a poncho then by all means buy one. I, however ended up buying a Universal Raincoat: They may be expensive but they keep you dryer and warmer than regular ponchos do. I think they're worth the extra money.
  18. When I went on Friday I bought myself a most excellent Bill and Ted shirt. "What happens at Bill and Ted's, Stays at Bill and Ted's". CLASSIC.
  19. Unfortunately I was not able to make it on Saturday (my pass wasn't valid on that day), but I did go on Friday Incognito (ie: no Nightmare shirt, no Aerosmith cap). I WILL be there Friday (Oct. 14).
  20. This is one of the few scarezones that has stayed the same since the beginning of the event, and I feel that's a good thing. Still a lot of committed actors in here (the strongest part of the zone by far), usually lots of fog, and sometimes they extend the zone by having some of the actors walking around a few extra feet from the zone. I must say I'm really beginning to love this zone. 8.5/10
  21. Great Scarezone, a whole lot going on here. However I feel like it's almost too big for it's own good, and the screactors felt a little bit too spread out. I didn't get one scare in here. It's still a great zone, and it's super fun to walk through and see the collapse of buildings and to watch the citizens do their thing...I just wish I had been targeted. For now it gets an 8/10
  22. This is another top notch zone this year. I actually enjoyed the Minions more than the actual sins. Don't get me wrong, the sins are fascinating to watch, but they can't really scare guests. the minions however, wow. They produce a good deal of scares and they are EVERYWHERE! Overall, a great zone. 8.5/10
  23. If you went on Saturday I'm surprised that they had ANY of the scarezones running....it was raining non-stop (I wasn't there on Sat.). That said, maybe it's because it's harder to see in there and they didn't want the possibility of anyone getting hurt. It is pretty hard to see in there, so add guests and scareactors and it could have potentially become a hazard. At least, that's my guess.
  24. This scarezone was ok, I wasn't impressed and I wasn't unimpressed. Just OK. Liking the numerous minions, Not so crazy about Luck (probably those masks that they have to wear, although I do like the pretty Lucks). Overall, just an OK zone. At least there's a good amount of Fog in here to help keep us on edge. FOR NOW it gets a 4/10
  25. Yes, there should have been a feaster bunny in the house. Either you missed it's scare que (completely possible) or you walked in during a cast change (If so the house should have seemed emptier and some scares would be missing).
