    What happens when it *RAINS* ?

    I was supposed to go yesterday (Sunday) and we just ended up cancelling - it ended up not raining too much by me, but I was afraid of all the flooding in other parts of town.

    This week is supposed to be rainy except for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (so I'm guessing that HHN will be even more packed :P ), although it shouldn't be nearly as bad as it was this past weekend (seriously, what was up with that??? ). My group is gonna try again for this coming Sunday so please weather.com & Mother Nature, don't fail me! :lol:

    The easiest way to tell when the park will *probably* be most crowded is by looking at the prices for the express pass (imo). The nights with the priciest express passes are Oct. 15th and the 22nd (the rest of the nights can be seen here . So if you're going on either of those days... good luck. lol

    Yes, but i don't use use it till i did all the houses (in regular line) first and when time is running out and the park is about to close. I do repeats with the express. and if you see my house count i did pretty well for 3 days

    The rain didn't stop my friend and I from having fun, but now my feet are killing me! haha Right when we were walking out of Forsaken it was pouring, then we took the opportunity to run to The In-Between and no one was in line so we were almost alone in that house, and it was absolutely amazing! We also got into Nevermore almost by ourselves to, all during the downpour. After it rained, the scarezones had so much fog you couldn't see your hand in front of you, and that led to some amazing scares in Grown Evil, Canyon of Dark Souls, and Your Luck Has Run Out, later on it wasn't as bad but I wish it could always be that foggy!

    That is so AWESOME (being practically alone in a couple of the houses)!!! Hope your feet recover quickly!

    Thanks, call me cheap but I'm glad we can keep the glasses. It's a free souvenir and I like free, I spend too much on souvenir's anyway.

    I hear you on this - any souvenir is good enough for me! :P

    And anyone can feel free to say hi to me on Oct. 9th (just say you're from HNN). :D I'll be the big girl with the Goonies shirt on. :) lol

    My most memorable line experience was something that happened a few years ago. Being the weather geek that I am, I knew the night I had chosen to go there was a good chance of rain so I brought an umbrella. Well sure enough, my friend and I were in line for one of the houses and it starts pouring! I took out my umbrella and my friend and a bunch of other people from the line were under it trying not to get soaked (I told them whoever could fit under it was welcomed lol). Suddenly, this group of people idiots start PUSHING to jump the line! They were trying to get past me & the people around me because they were getting wet (their excuse)! We had to get security and they kicked them out of the line. :lol:

    What really gets me is that they were all like, "Well, you have an umbrella - you don't have to worry about getting wet!" (WTF, that makes NO sense). And they were a group of Nuyoricans ("C'mon, it's cool, we're all boricuas." - YES, they totally said this to me. <_< ); no offense to any Nuyoricans that may be reading this (though if you're part of HNN, you would NEVER take part in that kind of douchebaggery... right?). :lol: I love my PRican people, but *smh*.

    "Failure to plan on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part.".... Just sayin'.

    I thought of you Saturday, had to run to CVS and part of their Halloween candy included a bag of "gummy body parts"...not quite as icky as the bloody nose in the sushi ones you found, but there was an ear with wax and hair...blech...LOL

    LOL That is NASTY! I'm so tempted to go back to Walgreen and actually buy one of those things to see A) If I can actually stomach eating the darn things and B) to see if they are tasty. :D

    I think Walgreens had a bag of mini gummy body parts too... definitely have to go back soon. :P
