After reading this, I would love to see Cindy incorporated somehow with Dollhouse of the Damned, or Cindy with her doll....
But now that I think about it, i wonder if she is prone to aging like Jack in 2015.

The first clue could relate to either IPs or the Director and/or the Usher.
By the second clue we get a refer to "her." Sister was used earlier so being a female is important to the clue.
2 times we've seen her-
The Orfanage and 25 Years of M&M (from what I looked at she wasn't physically in Screamhouse Resurrection)
2 times we've walked her streets-
Icon Zone in 25, Roaming Hoards(?) (I've only been going since 23 so I'm using a lot of research, not first hand experience)
Creative Folklore- she's yet to be a central figure (and it can't be Bloody Mary, another female icon). You have to know Caretaker lore to have any idea who she is
The final clue is what sold me on Cindy-
1. Strip the clue to its bone- last we saw Cindy she was in the streets with a chainsaw
And
2. Turn over all the stones- she came out of a stone sarcophagus in 25YoM&M (also to my understanding Screamhouse Resurrections story was about the Caretaker trying to bring her back to life. Turn over stones might be tombstones?)
Considering the house under construction seems burned there's a chance that may be a Cindy house or she may be the Icon.
If the Shining is coming Cindy fits in with the twins
If Saw is coming the traps could be "playthings"
Just some thoughts from a longtime lurker
Cindy has appeared in a scarezone from HHN 19 that was a preview for the following year HHN 20.
HHN 20 she had her own house and (if I remember correctly) was in the fear revealed scarezone or twenty years of fear scarezone.
HHN 25 she was in M&M and the Iconz scarezone.
those are the only appearances that I can remember at the moment...

Also kinda surprised people had to go searching for him saying the "Hush little baby" line considering this line was repeated over and over again just 2 years ago at HHN 25 during the kill on his mini-stage. He says it at the 0:51 mark. If that twitter user is to be believed and is hinting at things to come, using that line is a dead give away.
I honestly associate him with "eenie meenie miney moe" more than "Hush Little Baby".

This is the video I was referring to and the only one I could find with good audio. I thought he says "buy you a mocking bird"... Ofcourse, this is if the tweet would be taken seriously as a clue...

If I remember correctly, the caretaker sings that rhyme in the HHN Sweet 16 Video that the Director made.
Maybe the Icon is The Caretaker and/or Cindy?

In 2009 we had a Main Event Shirt, A House Shirt, a Bill and Ted Shirt, and a Saw Shirt. We could see a Walking Dead one alone, if not, I'm rooting for both Silent Hill or Alice Cooper..

or it could be like 2009 where there was no icon in the commercial, but one at the event.... Just throwing that idea out there...Ahhhh I got it! After scanning that QR code a message appears that breaks down his code. So he's telling us don't expect to see any icon advertised (x's on the icons faces on the tv). Which means it'll be just like 2004 where there was technically an icon but it wasn't one that was advertised per say

Did we ever have these type of arguments about IP back in 07 and 09 (or even before)???? I sure don't remember..... But it feels like this year is sorta like 07 and 09. Right now we have our main 3 AC, TWD, And SH, where in 07 we had Freddy, Jason, Leatherface, and 09 we had SAW, Chucky, and The Wolfman. The only thing we are missing is Scarezone themes, show info(except for B&T), Overall Theme, Icon, and a good website....
We still don't have a lot of facts in yet, we have only vague house hints. Even the P&T house may not be all about them, maybe it's just designed by them.
This year, in a way, feels like watered down soda, we know it's soda, but it doesn't taste right. Maybe it's the way the event is presenting itself???
I'm happy they are trying out new things, I don't care if it's IP, it introduced me to a great show (TWD) and some music that interests me (AC).
In past years they tried something new by having The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Brian Brushwood, and Death Drums (using it as an example) and although I love RH, DD, and despise BB, I wouldn't have known if they were any good or bad. Same goes for houses.
Give this year a chance and if any of you think none of this is worthy of being at Universal, bitch to them! They gotta make mistakes in order to better themselves. Nobody's perfect..... Sorry for the long post.....

With all these rumors, It does seem like this years event has a lot to do with what we see, mainly on TV.

Don't know how the Pen and Teller house rumor can work.......
But again, having to do with T.V. .... I wonder if they can use H.R.Bloodenguts..... Oh, how my imagination is running wild with ideas...

I know that there has been a Silent hill house before, not done by Universal though. But it was reviewed quite well. I know I read it online somewhere.... Just can't remember where....

...when I think of waterspout, I think of the itsy bitsy spider song.... And I know there is a spider in the Alice Cooper house (the black widow), but I don't want to push that idea....
The twins idea, that we've discussed on here, could be like a ying and yang, one that's a simple killer and the other a hardcore gruesome killer. It could also be past and future, and since we are in the present going through such a house, we can see one killer in the past and one in the future....
.... I think I was over thinking this post....

I know it's way too much for them to use Eddie and Cindy, that's why I said its my wishful thinking. I also would think they would rather use someone new thats somewhat unheard of then the two we already know.

I don’t mean to change the subject on the whole Stephen King conversation, but I have been thinking a lot on what they could do for an event/ icon. These are a few ideas I have that have been plaguing my brain:
1. I Remember back in the 2006 “Scream House”, one of the rooms contained Cindy in a coffin and in the process of being resurrected, and I think there was a photo of 2 girls who are twins. I think the A&D team said it was an idea at one time. I think it would be a cool idea if they can use Cindy and her Twin. Ofcourse:
a. Cindy has a few back stories, she either was The Caretakers Daughter or an Orphan from the Orphanage or she burned The Caretakers House then went to the Orphanage etc… Whatever. A few possible ideas could be One went to live with The Caretaker, the other was sent to an Orphanage, or it doesn’t have to be part of the same story arc, but you got a few possibilities.
b. I know her original concept was to have her wearing a mask and hold a doll she would call her twin.
Still, I think this idea could be great to support the twin rumor/theory for HHN 22, and it could also have an apocalyptic theme to it, IDK…
2. I enjoyed how Saws N’ Steam went from being a scarezone into a house, why not have it as the main theme? In a way, it can be the aftermath of the apocalypse, and a leader or central character can possibly be Eddie. I would love to see him back wearing steam punk clothing and making his victims bleed into the machine. Of course, he already has his own look and house franchise that all hardcore fans recognize him in and prefer to remember him that way… That’s my real wishful thinking idea.
3. The predictable Mayan theme where you have a Mayan Shaman/ Priest (Whatever) bringing the end of the world…
4. Keeping with the idea of a personification of a word (Fear, Luck (Fear Himself and Lady Luck)), have Death. Maybe not “The” Grim Reaper himself, but something quite far out, and DEATH has been singled out these past 2 years. One notable place is in Catacombs 2010. I forgot where death was signified this last year, but I remember someone talking about it. One of the problems I see with this idea is if they bring back this icon with all the others (Jack/Chaos, The Caretaker/Death, The Director/ Sacrifice, The Storyteller/ Legend, The Usher/ Vengeance), The Caretaker would have to have a new title.
5. The past 2 icons we have had have been based on Gods; I like the idea of Pandora and her Box unleash evil into the world causing the hell that will come in 2012.
I know with these 5 ideas that I have thought up have an apocalyptic theme to them, 4 out of the 5 doesn’t have to have that type of theme, but, in my honest opinion, I think it would be a wasted opportunity if they don’t utilize that idea. Still, I’m sure I’m gonna love whatever they do this year. Like I said, these are some ideas I've been thinking a lot about lately, and I know its still way too early, but just wanted to post.

I know its to soon, but maybe for Bill and Ted they should have a drunk guy interrupt the show and a few security guards come out with mickey mouse hats and "pepper spray" him. Then have a girl in the audience stand up and say "Why the heck are you acting like that, there are kids here!". Then have a character ( i dont know, bill, ted, the drunk guy or the security guards) shout out "There shouldn't be any kids here, this is Halloween Horror Nights, not Disneyland!"...... Just saw the youtube video, I cracked up and had to think of HHN B&T

i have been meaning to post this video for a while now. Every time I see the word "soon" and how we haven't gotten an update, it always reminds me of this, especially 6:30 in.
