  1. Ok I gotta Mod.... Captain gonna mod stuff (Michael Rooker voice)

peoples opinions are opinions no need to call out opinions but I'm gonna give UKdude the benefit of the doubt now as he has not stepped over the line yet and insulted one of us in a butt hurt manor yet. As per troll mating habits we usually see...

The he fact is yes The Purge is not as developed property as the big 4 but that is literally making a 5 year old fight someone in their early 30s plus here in America it is a well liked franchise Spirit Halloween stores have sold purge masks every halloween since. You don't have to like it but be aware people do I know we joke around a lot especially about Jabawokees but we are aware of the fan base.

Also do understand majority of HHNH ticket buyers are local Southern California natives who don't make enough to buy a 200 something dollar VIP tour. yeah it sucks for people who usually buy it but to be honest it's not gonna effect ticket sales just like last year didn't. I'm sorry it effects your job that sucks but it's not Murdy's obligation to make an event to serve a single person's income. It's like this I'm the manager of a GameStop, we sell funko Pop, when a pop flipper comes in and complains that the paint is a little scuffed or we limit 2 of a design to a customer because they can't sell it for a higher profit... It's not our duty to make them money the more power to them if that's how we make a living but our job is not dictated by that and neither is Murdy's but you have a right to be mad but no need to call for a witch hunt.

also whatever happened in turkey is irrelevant to the event in Southern California nor the Purge movies. At the same time Universal is not being insensitive to a tragedy but at same time the Purge is totally based on America and its problems while raising concerns about issues we here and the states are facing with our government. On that note please be respectful by throwing out that card half of this forum are from Florida and has just went through tragedy so if it wasn't obvious this is a forum for theme parks not world news please stick to topics!

Any further arguments will be handled with warnings and so on lets get along and move on.

I came down with a serious case of Krampus after dining at Bumblebee Man's Taco Truck last year, and......

What do you think the odds are it will be cold inside of this maze (or at least an attempt at being cold) kind of like the thing maze?

I really don't expect much of a wintery environment in the maze.  I recall The Thing as rather room temperature-ish, even though it was chilly outside during the night of our visit.  I believe It was attempted in at least two other mazes with little/no success.  Krampus may seem colder (in your mind) if the scenic is done well.;)

Actually it has been done even  the thing but on a single room basses like I think  two rooms in thing were kept cold but 90% was room temperature same thing with clowns and Alice Cooper goes to hell so most likely one or two outside scenes wil have cold air but don't count on the whole maze.

Dang it! I could've sworn that it was Frozen: Let It Go in 3D! Lol!

Why did you get my hopes up :( lol

I'm probably most excited to see this, but I'll say Exorcist is my most anticipated just because I really want to see what John has in store. After rewatching Krampus last night, it really makes me more excited because of all the potential, if this house sucks, it'll be the most disappointing thing ever.

I feel you I'd burn the Jabbawokeez stage down if it sucks...

Incredibly excited for the return of TCM.....Saw is the Law was one of the best mazes I encountered since attending the event starting in 2009.  Not sure why the Mods are poo-pooing :D that version as it had it all during multiple visits through the maze: Interactive scareactors, aggressive scares, scenic faithful to the original film.  Absolutely stunning!  I am already for Sept 24th!  Where is Doc Browns' time machine?!

Besides the fact that I was a kid at the time I feel BIB would still scare the sh!t out of me now as a mid 20s adult. Plus the detail of that set was amazing and nerve wrecking so far that has been the only maze where I almost chickened out of just at the facade. On top of being one of the only two mazes I ever ran out of with pure fear ( Insidious into The Further was #2) and though I am biased from that and the fact SITL was supposed to be American Werewolf at the time I do give it to the cast... But it was rushed together and one scene I can tell a lot the last graveyard scene was all black walls covered one dead tree trying to cover it ONE. And it took me out really bad

but the original take sounds good.

Do we know if this rumor is true?  Only because I looked up the original post and they said it was from someone in the group.  I know NOTHING about it/them, but sounded like they were a touring group type thing and we have the (I think official) auditions for dancers for a second show at Orlando.  Doesn't seem to line up to me.

Of course, I LOVED the Death Drums that most people hated...so I'd probably like this.  Ha ha ha.  (Of course, my age is an early twenties kid plus a late teenager combined)

    Nothing like death drums lol.

well we had a rumor back when saying they were booked somewhere else durning HHN season  so it is possible that this is just trolling considering how much forums hated compared to the GP casual plus I don't think Mike would do that to you guys.

Anyone else see the post in the Hollywood forum? Apparently we are getting Jabbawoked this year...

I'm so sorry for you guys , that show sucked and had nothing to do with Halloween or horror. Even worse was the crowd it dragged in. I mean I'm 26 and have nothing against teenagers, far from a crotchety old man but when the theater it's in chooses to bump club music outside and you're trying to make to the next maze and there is a mob of teenagers and early twenties kids doing the nae nae and dancing off blocking traffic really ruins the experience

  7. Unbiased opinion nothing about FVJ would be original since more than likely it's gonna be a best of scenes from both franchises.

Also I have notifications turned on for HHN's Facebook and it says they posted something 30 minutes ago but I check and I don't see anything since the Halloween announcement so either my phone just not connecting or they jumped the gun and posted something early in which case I guess announcement tonight or tomorrow

Hello! I do not lost very often, however I have followed along for a very long time.

I wanted to to point out that with all the speculation on the new terror tram theme for this year, the only thing that kept coming into my head was the possibility of us getting a terror tram based on a central character with Jack and carnival of carnage from Orlando. With Orlandos theme being chance and the tag line being "while jack is away", where could jack be? Is it possible he is in Hollywood, and after he escaped the police he came to Hollywood. I might be very off but with murdy hinting at working with mike. It is just some speculation.

Also that happened already in 2007 one of the only two time Murdy used Orlando's icons Jack took over the terror Tram and story wise  it was left ambiguous if it was actually Jack or another shadybrook inmate who just became a copy cat.
