I see two different houses, maybe a third on the right... could be a standard Halloween "Trick or Treat" style theme. We've got a pumpkin in the window. Thats the best I got.

To keep with the Batman theme, I started working on this.
Its nowhere near done but from this stage its looking good.

Welp, I need to showcase my work and start getting it out there. Which means... PROMOTE MYSELF! Hooray! I figured I would display my work on here since we have a subsection for it. Ive been in a big Batman mood right now so thats been my central theme of work for a bit. Also if "CAR" makes no sense to you, its my initials.
This week ive been doing Batman style posters that were simple and subtle yet, cool.

This next one was inspired by the Year One comic of the Batman series. Its a scene right before Batman becomes the official "Batman" a symbol as to where the feast is over. The feast being crime and crooked cops.

First order of the haunt season was just delivered. The lighting is bad and of course I Instagram filtered it, but I promise you the head on the left looks so much worse in person.. the good kind of worse.

Just finished watching the Bill & Ted show from 2006. Man, I wish they brought back a show like this back. Much better story, and pretty funny.
06 to me was the best B&T.

I'm sorry but last year was a major lackluster for me. The best houses were the original ones, aka Gothic, Dead End, and House of Horrors. Yes, HoH is an "IP" but it is also Universal's like JDW said, and they had full creative freedom with it. I personally just prefer creativity. I'm not saying every house that is original is amazing, but it certainly gives more opportunity to be amazing. When you have an IP, there are things you just simply can't do because of the constraints you get with them.
Also it isn't just about the houses. When was the last time we had a kick ass icon and icon house? RoF was a huge let down, Silver Screams was good but I don't know if you can consider that an icon house since I don't really think The Usher was a true icon when compared to others. My whole point of this thread is, when you compare current horror nights to horror nights of the past, like 15 and down, the vibe, the houses, and the scare zones all feel and are very different than what we are getting now. To me I look back and see them saying "come here and the shit scared out of you" and now I see "come here and walk into the sets and scenes of your favorite movies and video games! oh and maybe get a little scared too..."
Im not here to argue but, you dont need an icon for the event to be good.

True. I also don't see as big of a property as The Walking Dead going in a tent. Sure two IP's were in tents last year, but if TWD returns it will most likely be the focus of the event or advertising again...and therefore I don't see it being put in a tent. I don't know, maybe that's just me.
You'll probably see both original houses in the tents.

I think a fun show would be about Ted from the movie Ted seeking revenge on Ted Theodore Logan for having the same name. So he brings out all the toys from movies like puppet master toy story and chucky.i think that could be really funny.
