Because of popular demand! I'm willing to bet because of ratings on top of a lot of people skipping it because of the line, execs will see a reason to repeat it.
Don't forget.. It's also a Murdy passion project and he usually tries to squeeze a repeat out of his passion projects (New Line Trio, Alice Cooper) etc..

I'll throw in Hellevator and Channel Zero into the mix.. Hellevator because it's a Jason Blum property and Channel Zero because it's a SyFy show

From what I hear, it was a very unusually packed night and other people that used my game plan on Saturday didn't get through everything either! It's unfortunate they oversold the hell out of the event and hopefully they fix the issue in coming weeks, but for those that went opening weekend, the damage is already done and i imagine they lost a lot of future business. Honestly, I don't know if there is a better game plan. It just seems there is no way to do everything if the park is THAT crowded.
And perhaps Uni does it to convince more people to buy FOL, but look Universal... there is no FUCKING REASON why someone should HAVE to spend 200 damn dollars to make sure they go through SEVEN mazes. That's nearly 3-4 more times than the price of a REGULAR ticket (I only paid $49 with my student ticket).
In fact, there's no reason someone should HAVE to arrive for early entry. You fix your attendance cap and learn to manage your park because right now, you're being a bunch of assholes. A 3 hour line is a sign that y'all funked up. That's twice as long as a line should be. And even though I did everything, I don't know if I can support a company that ain't got their shit together! This is the 10th year in a row of being successful, they should know better.
Potter needs to be open, pronto.. They can pay whatever fees need to be paid to keep the land open.. Forbidden Journey alone would eat up a good percent of the crowds

That's what I was thinking. That would help with capacity tremendously.
Forbidden Journey would probably suck up at least 15% of the crowds. I thought JK Rowling didn't allow Uni to have HP open during HHN though?Orlando has Gringotts open.. But I think Universal would have to surrender a cut of the profits to JK and Warner Bros. for having HP open during the event.

I wonder if the houses shirt will still have the blood font with "Beyond Your Wildest Screams" written on it.. Orlando has finally gotten rid of the blood font on their houses shirt.. we'll wait and see I guess

Commercial just hit. I LOVE the tag line: "Beyond your wildest screams."
however I find it very strange they didn't include Freddy, Jason or Michael Myers. Nor Krampus, which I understand, but how do ya not include those 3?! And instead use Walking Dead for a 5th time *eye roll*
Full length commercial contains Freddy and Jason as per USHForums.. the Facebook post was just the quickie 15 second version

Yep! But in black and white with the exception of the red writing.
Good enough.. I was hoping HHN would come through with a Big 4 shirt this year!

Just saw one of the designs for an HHN tee, with the phrase "Titans of Terror". Looks cool but the damn blood writing is on it. =/
Is it the poster of the Big 4 they released the day FvJ and TCM were announced?

Not entirely surprising. Seems they had a falling out after 2009. No idea why but they almost seem to make a point not to play MS.
Weirdly enough, I was at Monsterpalooza a few years ago, I met the MS guys and they were nothing but complimentary towards HHN.

It would honestly be a good opportunity to put the maze's characters on the Tram like Jason, Freddy, Leatherface, Michael, Regan, etc.
It would.. and it'd feel like the event was presenting a storyline again

It looks like they got rid of the Klowntasm name? Maybe after we tore it to shreds bahaha!
True.. but still, this is a great storyline!

I am so anxious to see what our commercial will be like.. Hopefully it's a really cool one incorporating most, if not all the IPs.. Hopefully they don't just re-use a previous year's commercial and throw in the IP logos, that'd be disappointing lol

When should we expect to start seeing Ads, Commercials etc.. ?
-
This has the potential to be our best year ever.. It has everything, IPs, a scarezone experience, a Tram with an original Icon-ish character.. I'm gonna bask in the joy of HHN 2016 all season long..
-
So now that we finally got Terror Tram announced, let's discuss!
Hollywood Harry is getting his revenge on Universal and we're in the middle of this nightmarish circus full of clowns, mimes and freak show performers.. as presented by Eli Roth

So now that the whole lineup has finally been announced, let's discuss the various aspects of the event

God, I hope not Harry looks like a f'en homeless pedophile I would not buy any merch with him on it that's just bad marketing
I LOL'ed at this post.. thanks for the laughs, Grind!
But it wouldn't surprise me if he was the Master of Ceremonies that has gathered all the IPs to wreak havoc on USH
-
Someone on USHForums has said that what if Hollywood Harry is part of marketing this year? Our own Icon?

I just don't get why he's waiting to announce Terror Tram last, it's so anticlimactic to go from American Horror Story mega maze to clown tram
I'm willing to bet that Murdy gets a huge kick out of making us wait for announcements.. He finds this funny lol

I'll be so mad if they don't have a shirt with that exact design on it. SO MAD!
How much would the shirt cost if it were to be there?
Same as most HHN shirts.. probably $24.95 or something

ok ok thanks fellas, I'm ready to get so much HHN Merch as well, I hope they have a shirt with the big 4 on it like this.
They have to.. There is no accounting for the stupidity of Universal if there isn't a Big 4 shirt in addition to the usual event shirt and IP shirts..

Maybe something to do with Jack?! We shared him back in 2007
It'd be nice to have Jack back in Hollywood.. We need to start using Icons again

Zombieman's 2016 HHN Orlando vs HHN Hollywood house comparison

I'd love to hear what zombieman thinks of the Tram since it's an original storyline and much, much different from what we're used to with TT..
