so um...
FREAKZ's logo is on there, so I'm guessing this is either shopped or watermarked. The maze seems cool and, as long as budget increases, we could be getting a really gnarly year.

This’ been a stagnant thread for too long, sooo here’s a bit of instigation to start it back up.
Should the Terror Tram come back, or are additional mazes better? I used to love the tram, but both 2016 and 2017 were not good, and 2018 had some great moments, but had you standing in line during the experience way too long. Thoughts?
-
I'm not the only one that's worrying about this year, right? If they add 2 new mazes, the budget couldn't be dispersed evenly. 2017 showed what happens when budget runs dry. Thoughts?

Last treatment for this year's event is being written, but it looks like something could be coming to the event and another one will be put on the backburner or shelved for awhile.
I’m guessing he’s shelving the Thing or another classic they couldn’t get the rights to. Also, since horror made here isn’t happening, IT is on the table for this year (as well as Lost Boys, Beetlejuice, Exorcist, Shining, etc) If anyone wants to DM about anything related to theme parks or Halloween events my Twitter is @JulianDene. I’m way more active there then on here

Well it looks like Killer Klowns could be put in a tent next to The Mummy, you can notice a circus type tent that resembles the tent featured in the film, and it looks to be the facade. Any thoughts?
yep looks like the same pattern

Alright, so we just had the new Universal Monsters Mazes announced, and wanted to know everyone thoughts on Hollywood’s!

Anyone know the reason for the King HHN strain in relationship?

Alright, so the thread’s been stagnant for a little bit recently, but after some deliberation with other fans on Twitter, looks like Hill House is a pretty strong choice. I actually haven’t seen Hill House so I can’t make comments on the substance in the maze, but if the IP is chosen, we could get one of the biggest turnouts in HHN history (along with ST). So what’s the snow maze? My thoughts, an original. I know, I know, we don’t really get those over here as much as everyone (probably including John and Chris) want, but The Thing seems to be a maze that is always happening, but never does. I believe we could get some abominable snowman/yeti maze this year due to the fact that the theme is incredibly popular right now (for some reason?).

Alright so the general consensus is:
Stranger Things 2
Monsters 2
Killer Klowns from Outer Space
Blumhouse 3 (Halloween, US, and HDD2 maybe?)
Also contenders:
The Haunting Of Hill House
Zombieland 2
Three From Hell (or a firefly maze)

Hey guys! I haven’t posted in, like, a year, but I remember some of you guys from before and can’t wait to continue to speculate with the community. I think the givens for Hollywood this year are Universal Monsters 2 and a Blumhouse compaction maze (like Horrors Of Blumhouse). Other strong contenders are stranger things season 2, birdbox (as HHN now has a major connection to Netflix with Stranger Things being the headlining maze this year) and Glass, as the unbreakable cult following has become totally giant.

According to Manics, the Metro Sets = Saw so that one should be easy to tell once built.
Yeeeeesss. This will be the best maze of the year

What dpi you think they are changing the insidious maze to? My guess is either It or The Mummy

I'll be at the park tommorow and will be taking pics. Where should I look (besides the the announced areas)? Also, sorry I haven't been posting recently. I started a new YouTube channel where I'll be doing some HHN related vids
-
So siked. It's gonna be awesome!
-
That would be pretty great
-
Also, Knotts did a Evil Dead maze in 2012, so they might not get the rights
-
I'm really annoyed that they got rid of the House of horrors

Ok so after a long amount of time I finally got a bit more info from my Source. I have two bits of news
1) Insidous will be a Hollywood Exclusive from what I have heard. Meaning that Writer's Block is Insidous because of JP Queue. Our two Exclusive Mazes will be Blumhouse Mashup and Insidious. So for those wondering because of the Issue with the Conjuring Franchise being Sued and Insidous being pushed back they are both still happening.
2) There will be 3 or (Possibly) 4 Scare Zones this year. No returning (As stated by Murdy). All Original. Heard there would finally be a Scare Zone on the Lower Lot and it will have Chainsaws. So if 3 it could be Opening Scaremony, French Street, and Lower Lot/Backlot (Shared Scare Zone).
It is gonna be interesting how these next Couple of Weeks play out.
I really think that they will be doing Asylum in Wonderland this year as a scarezone since:
1: They already have molds and costumes since they've done it as a maze in Orlando
2: His "Tick tock" clue could relate to how the white rabbit is always looking at his pocket watch
3: The chainsaws could be for red guards

I'm pretty sure that they will do 1,2 and maybe the Ash vs Evil Dead.

Could be "Evil Dead" because "A Nightmare on Elm Street" came out in 1984. And if you watch the film there is a Scene where Nancy is watching the original "Evil Dead".
the only problem about that is Evil Dead is extremely known

Also 1984 is a Bowie song

I’m pretty sure the reason they’re calling it toxic is because of the designs being based off of Toxic Toons
