Maybe well have a 'best of house' and that will be the parade building.. while the event in general will be a whole new theme.
Or I could be wrong!
I was also thinking that the terra queen comes back every 5yrs, maybe we will see where she came about aka the Greeks.

I found a very interesting link today. If you google halloween horror nights 2010 it shows up. It appears to be for HHN Hollywood only. Why don't we get updates?

I liked PUTS from Sweet 16, they had sensors in the house that would turn the lights on and off on the helmet. We told this girl in my group that if she wore the helmet that they wouldn't scare her, she went through the whole screaming, you can't scare me because I have the helmet on. That was so funny. My point is, that there should be another helmet house, whether its PUTS or My Bloody Valentine.
That makes me happy!

With all this talk of a 3D houses makes me miss the helmet houses.. JK!!
I worked a helmet house as a scareactor it has its pros and cons.
I think UO might update the HHN site before the 18th but once Potter is open and the hype goes down a tiny bit they might put some energy into HHN.
HHN is there biggest money maker event so they wont forget it.

Because maybe some people didn't get to experience them as much as me, you and other fans who have gone the past 5+ years. I'm all for "originality" but you’re living in a dream world if you think every year single year is going to be 100% original. This year is unavoidable, everything is going to be returning.
Maybe just some icons, not houses.

Seriously. I'm tired of seeing the same icons every year. Personally though, I'd rather see rehashed icons then more media crap. I love the Freddy, Michael, Jason, Saw, Chucky, etc. movies but we've been there done that already. I don't know why people insist on seeing this stuff year after year. It doesn't add as much diversity between years as they used to have from 2002-2005. For those years, almost everything was different every year. Completely original icons, completely original story, and completely original houses and scarezones. Something completely new to look forward to every year.
Yep that is true. I love NLC, Michael, Chucky, Ect... But there is only so much you can do with them. Plus the more you see them the less scared you'll be cause you get used to it.
02-05 was original and it felt like a different event each yr. Plus the event didnt feel to pop culture, save that for B&T

Completely agree. I don't want another rehashed year of nothing but rehashes. I want originality damnit!
I agree with you.. I want UO to stop buying characters/magazine sponsorship houses and make a original yr again just like 05.
The money they save by not buying movie characters and magazine can go back into the event.

I really dont want this event to feel like "Sweet 16", its to freaking early to have a yr like that.. Maybe 25. I reither have these icons have a new extend storyline.

So its late and I cant sleep, so what do I do? I listen to Dark Side of the Moon and think about HHN XX and boy did I come up with wicked stuff.. I cant wait to see what kind of dreams I have.. Anyways back on topic.
As of right now we know its a reunion yr, but when you think of a 20th reunion yr you dont look back and reflect. Typically you look back and look at the milestones that you have accomplished. So maybe this yr is just that, which means we might get a whole new storyline with these beloved icons.

Man I checked those at what... 12? that stinks the codes aren't avaliable... What will we debate and speculate until the teaser?
People will swear up and down they will see something in the achive site (if they do it again this yr)

So it's June 1st and if memory serves me we had a teaser page this time last year did we not?
We at least had the archive page updated and the codes names. But as of yet no dice on either.
We knew a lot more then just that.. I think they really put there foot down this yr when it comes to leaks. Maybe we get an update to the site within 2 wks, its hard to say when UO is focus on HP.

I meant that Jack/Eddie/Chance/Tiny would be kind of like an Insane Clown Posse sort of thing
It is SINdy because if you read the backstory and reason why they didn't use her in the first place, you would read that originally she wasn't related to The Caretaker at all but was just an evil little girl then in Florida, there was a string of child abductions and then they scraped her and tied her into being the Caretakers daughter.
The Usher/Director thing was something I thought of because they are both in film-style jobs and when i said he would be the star i meant that the Usher would die in one of the first scenes of the maze
The Storyteller/Bloody Mary was something i came up with just because i didnt have a fourth maze here and Bloody Mary has those millions of legends about her and i figured the Storyteller would tie into that because abviously she tells stories

The director makes snuff films and the usher is just a movie fan, just like Eddie.
The only one I can see the ST working with is the Terra Queen, the storyteller tells the story of the queen.

I personally think that a reunion might be a good idea but some things people are talking about are many movie characters so, here is my idea of some good mazes
Jack the clown/Chance/Tiny/Eddie
Albert Caine(Caretaker)/SINdy Caine
The Director/The Usher where the usher leads the guests into the maze then becomes the "star" in one of the directors movies and dies
The Storyteller/Bloody Mary where the Storyteller tells a story about Bloody Mary then Bloody Mary "attacks"
And possibly The Cryptkeeper
Anybody else think these are good maze ideas?
If they tie in that Jack and Chance are married then kiss HHN goodbye
Albert and Cindy (not Sindy) could work.
Director and Usher are to totally different characters, they wont work together
Same thing goes with BM and Storyteller.

I have always said I'm taken this whole family reunion with a grain of salt, and until UO releases something Im going to continue to speculate on it instead of wishing.
Also I still dont see a construction tour happening anytime soon but then again I could be wrong.

Brooke, the url was suppose to expire in Aug of this yr but they just renew it to 2012 (I think). UO hasnt said anything yet if LT is coming back but the it sure does look like it.

So this yr we dont have to beg and plead to go on Halloween Night.. Maybe thats another sign of LT coming back, they can do another party..
Also where only missing 10 nights? Thats not a lot but then again they raised the prices again.. its going to get to a point where they raise it so much nobody will go.
