Looks like Singapore made an announcement for HHN7....with an original house and an interactive website game. *le sigh*

With no more countdown, I'm wondering how often we can get the rest of those boxes 'unlocked' until next month....6 weeks 'til the first event as of tomorrow.

Considering neither of them had any sort of virtual line (which seems to be the basis for most of the complaints I've heard)...

I'm biased about Fallon because I worked on it, it was my first new thingy I got to be a part of when I started. But yeah...[standard disclaimer this is my opinion and not the company's] it was kind of a weird idea for a ride. I loved Twister and I even showed up to the last day dressed as Helen Hunt, waaaaaaay back when I was just a passholder. All I can say is....still a better attraction than Superstar Limo. Thank GOD nobody's ever topped (bottomed?) that one.

It is the skull from the main HHN logo for this year blown up onto the shirt. Doesn't look so nice when it's plastered that big.

Re: solo theme parking--it's almost like going to the park for the first time again when you start going solo. It's a whole new and liberating experience. But I would definitely recommend meeting up with people for your first time. And don't be like me and hang on for dear life while staring at the floor for your first ever house (which was AWIL and I didn't go back in....regrets!). My biggest aid in ridding me of the anxiety over houses and zones was knowing half of the scareactors. But I think knowing some guests you could team up with would help, too. I'll be here most nights, and I'll have our stuffed cat George with me--he's a holdover from when Catacombs was a thing and people brought their own 'cats and combs' as a joke. Literally both Disney and Six Flags JUST put out announcements that blow this out of the water. And Disney's announcement wasn't even that good.

Sweepstakes link is up, they are giving away an entire trip with airfare and several first prizes with T-shirts that have the skull from the site motif. Also, the first lock is open. It's fucking wallpapers. *sigh*

I was just about to post this. But there's no other mention, so this is BS. Also, I can't enter this, so I just sat here watching a timer for absolutely no freakin' reason.

.....that timer started more than 30 days ago. What the actual hell. A MONTH of buildup. For nothing.

Really poor planning on their part to have it count down based on the user's timezone. It should be 11a EST...

Bated breath....low expectations. I'll still be quite disappointed if this isn't any type of reveal. For how long this thing has been counting down, it really shouldn't just be for their bulllsh*t social media metrics.

The Soul Collectors counter hit 25k today, no changes to the site. What even are these little locked boxes??!!

Guess it's time to start watching. Wasn't expecting to see any announcements today! That brightens my whole day

Haven't been able to get back there since May, but the general buzz is yes. They've worked out a ton of issues from rushing to open on schedule and from what I've seen, it's actually a super nice place to chill after the afternoon rain since most everyone abandons the place.

I'm starting to think we're not gonna hear a thing until that countdown reaches zero. Can you imagine them not saying anything then, either, and coming up with the same BS excuse as the day they hinted at a 2:30 announcement the day before the website theme dropped?

Haven't seen Don't Breathe, but I was pleasantly surprised by Get Out which I saw recently. Not sure how any of it could translate well to HHN though? Let's say Blumhouse is just 1 scene per movie, are there any that you guys think would work well?

Now, if only we could find out any sliver of official info about them!

Never been, never really wanted to go. I like haunts. Just have to know my limits. Nothing wrong with that.
