well it seem's the parade building will be the museum because of the recent casting of "the projectionist" now if my memory and the HHN website servers me right he was the one reviewing the icon's in 2006, now if it is then he will most likey doing the same toward the frount of the house

Yes, I noticed that. That little triangle at the bottom of the first X is illuminated with a white glow that never fades. I think it's trying to highlight a figure in the pattern on the lantern. But I have no idea. I'm not the kind to start pointing out things I see in patterns on the website, since people have been doing that on the Vault since 2005, and it has yet to mean anything.
Albeit, I certainly see the pocket-watch and glasses. I have no idea what people are talking about when they say a clown is in one of the squares. I do see something in the illuminated section, but I'm not going to say what it is, because I tend to see many things in waking life.
I can't spot any of the characters on the flames when I'm on the website, but perhaps they're flashing over the illuminated area?

What if Medusa was code name for a different character through the years? Who could you compare to Medusa that they have used at Halloween Horror Nights, in the past?
well if u look at the HHN 15 shirts with the Terra queen on it she does kinda look like medusa but only if u squint your eyes

well in my opinion what they said with the added scarezone was "next years event won't just be for the mass market but for people who fallow the event all year long and knows what was cut from the past" so i think we will see eddie this year as a house or a scarezone.
as for him and jack in a house togather there brothers so in my thoughts they would be fight eachother for the right to own get to us which whould be cool to see clowns vs. chainsaw wielding psychos

if you look at most of the maps the epic center of HHN is central park, which also would tie into the "family tree" theory

As far as official updates go, we are precisely on schedule as last year, in fact a little ahead with the latest official clue given a few days ago i.e. Arts and Crafts.
(I love the fact that here on HNN we can type "i.e." without it coming out as "I.e." like it does on the Vault!)
But it may seem like we had more information this time last year, simply due to stuff being unofficially leaked. By this time last year we had already guessed about The Wolfman being involved due to Roddy's clue "CLASSIC" and many of us also guessed about Frankenstein and Dracula, I even guessed correctly about the Phantom of the Opera!
We also had more leaked info because the fellows who put together haunted attractions based on Saw, blabbed about it.
Another tidbit that turned out to be accurate came about this time last year when Jakemeister heard at Hot Topic of all places that the main "icons" of the event were "Wolfman, Saw and Chucky". Jake, if you are reading this I think maybe you should head back to Hot Topic soon!
Then of course, we also had that naughty leaked document floating around early last year confirming Wolfman, Saw, Chucky, Frankenstein and Dracula, the return of RHPS, and giving us a heads up about Silver Screams, the Usher and Fangoria.
It was nearly one year ago in May of last year that the "code-words" for the 8 houses were discovered from the work permits. I expect that Chad, or some other enterprising soul will uncover this year's code words sometime in the next couple of weeks!
But official information should not be available until the last week of June when the teaser site will likely be up at last, and even then it should be vague and suggestive so that we will be arguing about just what it pertains to on the Vault. (But here at this site we will have very calm and polite discussions.)

I can actually see a LT storyline starting to build from what were saying.
I think they been giving us clues the whole time about the 20th.. Look at central park, 400 pumkins and the square root of 400 is 20.
Also that has become a fan favorite/GP favorite area in the park.. What if one of the trees is central park is the answer.. those trees where planted in 1990ish.. first HHN was in 1991. So maybe they got a seed from Cary, Ohio and planted it here.
Its been feeding off are fear for the last 20yrs.

Maybe the Gorewood tree grew the icons and thats how we got them? XD JKJK Maybe the Gorewood tree is in Carey, Ohio and maybe the icons have all encountered it in some way? Maybe they knew each other as children and somehow encountered the tree? Maybe the Gorewood tree controls the icons? Well thats my guesses theyre kinda odd but hey who cares?

Now that I have seen the movie I wouldn't mind seeing Wolfman done again. Maybe add and or delete a scene. The Crazies, or Zombie land. What about making a scare zone a house, the one from last year War of the Living Dead in a soundstage would be fun, not sure how scary it would be though.
war of the living dead would be a good ss house i could picture being in a trench and have the zombies trying to get to you, and a scene where u go through a forest and u see the nazis and the allies fighting each other
as for zombieland that in my opinin that would work better as a scarezone (espcailly if it was in amityvill)
