  1. I was one of the above scares. The one in the bedroom with a trigger. And then the one at the end of the hallway.

Trigger scare was easy, it did all the work for me. I just had to pop out with it and two people hit the floor in the same set. But I didn't do anything different... The other one was just like atmosphere. I was too short (like always) and the platform was up way higher, so I could barely reach over the wall, so guests always just looked at me.

There were also nails on this board I was kicking on that platform for sound to get more people to look up, so now my shoe has holes in it. Which is scary 'cause my shoes are thin, so if I didn't hit it in the right spot, it would've probably went slightly into my foot, but I managed.

Sucks that you were too short, did you tell anyone else what happened?

  2. Another thing...

I get this Hollywood and especially this event having a lot of movies based mazes but I think it's time to move away from all this celebrity bull shit.  I'm looking up videos of the event and spammed with "What does this MTV teeny bopper think is scary...from the HHN red carpet". I have 2 problems with 1.) like everything good HHN has given us The Eye Gores were taken away so why is their a need for a red carpet? all you're doing is delaying a SZ. 2.) Honestly if you have no connection to horror or Universal films why should I care? I mean a few people get a pass like Jamie Kennedy and David Arquette and a few minor people who have something to do with upcoming horror films or people from Universal movies like Jurassic World or Straight out of Compton. Side note poor Travis Barker he looked liked they forced him on the red carpet he showed up with his kids just to be asked dumb questions and his kids looked like they just wanted to be in the mazes already I mean the dude came obviously just to take his kids and have a good time not be asked about Tom Deloung. Besides I saw none who had anything to do with the mazes... No Leigh W., No James Wan, No Franco, No Nicatero just this kid from Teen Wolf (I also have a point about the MTV satrs and such but I'll save that for later.)

It's Simple no Eye gore no red carpet time and effort can be placed on A LOT of other things that need it. Perfectly fine to have an album on your FB or Instagram of celebrities at the event maybe a quick interview for the end of the year "What people think of HHN" video but lets not make them the main focus any more.

    Amazing point

  3. Thanks guys! I know some people were saying it's really crowded even with FOL, so wasn't sure. But we are going on a Sunday, which I suspect will be less crowded anyway.

Yeah, that's a good point and will definitely keep that in mind. Thank you!

I went opening day and I have FOL passes, and while sometimes it can get a little crowded, its still quicker that waiting in a normal line.
