Doris Day might as well be American Horror Story, the connection being that the song "Que Sera Sera" by Doris Day was featured in American Horror Story: Asylum advertisements.

I agree, American bro dubstep is really awful and trying to integrate it into Horror Nights just screams, "Hey there, fellow kids!" Also everyone is pretty much over dubstep, so they're also out of touch.

On the audition sheet it says that you'll receive a casting notification within 1 or 2 weeks, but when can you realistically expect a response?

Got a link to that podcast?

Is the show still open to guests during Horror Nights construction?

Damn, I wish there were pics of the new location. Where exactly is it being built?

I passed my audition and got the golden ticket!!! As a newbie we had to act our a death scene and I got the judges to laugh by pretending to be crushed as I power lifted a weight. Now to play the waiting game...

Is it really that important to have a head shot and a resume? I know it's listed on the audition verification email but does it honestly affect your chances of passing?

Auditions started today, anybody done them yet? What should we expect this year?

I'm scheduled for the last time slot on Sunday, July 9. I auditioned for the Walking Dead attraction a while back but didn't make it. Any advice so that doesn't happen again this time?

I think it's a little overbearing that you told us how we should respond in the thread, but I understand why Murdy makes the decision to bring Figure into the event. Hell, going through Face Off: In the Flesh alone was my single favorite theme park experience, regardless of the soundtrack. I think the main beef here is that much like the Walking Dead, repeating properties and entities can lessen an experience for people, especially if it's not your cup of tea to begin with. And one minor annoyance isn't going to stop anybody from visiting the event.
