Does anybody know what the attendance policy is?
I just got an email stating I can't be casted because I've accumulated too many attendance points.
I worked the last 4 days of last week. But ended up having to call in late one day because of a scheduling conflict with my normal job.
Called back, they told me they had me put as called off and I just ended up taking that and not coming in that day. I didn't miss any of the other 3 days though. Would that be enough to disqualify me or is that an issue I should get resolved with HR? -
So anybody know if final casting decisions have been made? Apparently, they anticipated being 90% done this week as I've heard and I've still not gotten an email. Lol was hoping id be in for opening night :\

Congrats to the other people who received an email. Looks like I'll prob be on on the tail ends in this year again. Any rehires get emails yet?
Its always tricky scheduling around HHN.
Im trying to find out myself how im going to work my normal job around HHN.

I think the rehire and current employee emails will be going out even later due to that administrative delay. You wait and wait and wait for the email and before you know it the event is over
Oh jeeze. Seems like theyd be first. I imagine its easier to rehire. On the plus side, it does help you learn patience

Some more casting emails and rejection emails are supposadly coming out during the next few days but I'm not 100% sure. This is the worse part ahah. The waiting game
I haven't gotten anything either. Im hoping to come back for my 2nd year lol. Scariest part of HHN is waiting for those emails lol.

It bears repeating: if you haven't gotten an email yet, don't panic. There are plenty more yet to come. If you aren't cast before HHN begins, you may still be called in during the event. I know because that's what happened to me during my second year. Last year, my third year, I was literally the last person to receive my email, which didn't come until late August. The waiting game sucks, but all you can really do is be patient.
Very good point. I literally worked the last 4 days of HHN last year, thinking I didn't make it in... As long as HHN is running and your haven't gotten a rejection, its still possible.

Kinda late posting this but I ended being cast in Pool.
It was a blast. Especially the short time I had in Clowns as Bubba. Would have loved to have longer time as I was only there for the last 4 days
but hey there is next year.-

Every needs a break sometime. Got to HHN that day. lol

Awwww man :'( this really does bite.. I miss my friends and scaring with them. I miss scarebase and most of all I'll miss the hot chocolate.
Theres always next year. The lineup wasn't the best this year, anyway.

They're hiring for what I think is maze hosts under "guest control."
I'm not sure if that's what it is, but you can always apply for that?
Or Costume Helper thingy if you know how to sew.
Thanks for the advice, But, I think I'll just apply next year. I think i'd find myself getting too jealous
in those situations lol.

I got a round two email. Paperwork signups are down to a pretty select few spots, so I think they are down to the last few. But I could be wrong.
Aww, this is lookling pretty grim for me. I guess there is always next year.
Oh well, I actually called not too long ago and the lady said that final castings will be coming in the following week.

Well Universal certainly knows how to give you bad anxiety, lol.
I still haven't gotten an email and I keep replaying the audition in my head and finding
things that I know I should have done better. Argh.

Do scareactors get the same employee benefits? Like, go in for free during regular day and stuff? I never bothered last year, but I'm interested this year.
Good question. I'm wondering the same thing.
Also how does it work if you want to go into the mazes yourself?
Would you do that on your breaks? I'm not sure though, I assume when you come back from break, you don't peel off
your makeup or mask. Also although we don't seem to have a B&T this year, but what about that as well?

I haven't heard anything back. I imagine that when somebody gets the email the board will start lighting up.
Good theory about the IP thing. Especially since the parks have had issues with leaks recently.
Yeah, I've definitely noticed that as well.
A lot of the leaks have been Uni's fault though as well.
I remember they had some issues with things appearing on the website before they were announced, in the past.

How do you know when about to expect a casting email? I haven't gotten anything yet and
its really wearing on my nerves. Really nervous, here. I probably should have written that I had experience with a chainsaw even though I don't.
I was thinking of calling down there around Augest 1st but I don't know how long it takes.

Nope, Ive only worked HHN last year and thats it. I'm not a regular employee. I usy called HR anyway, perhaps there was some mistake.
