Seems like a lot of "Halloween attraction" documentaries are mostly "the best haunted attractions in America" ones they play yearly or Indie-esque ones about relatively unknown haunts unless you're a local to the area. I'd be interested primarily in seeing more of a general "the history of HNN and behind the scenes" sort of documentary, with detailed discussions on older houses, along with newer ones. I haven't been able to see many old houses (2005 and before) from HNN (same with scarezones); it'd be interesting to see what could be shown.

Watched this earlier in the day. Thought it was really interesting; makes me wish I wasn't, like, four years old so I could've gone then, heh.

I would love a 'real life' horror house. Base an icon or a house/SZ off of a real life case in true crime, maybe a serial killer or something. The fact that it happened (or is based off of a true event) could make it all the more terrifying for some.

My immediate thought was some pseudo-aftermath of Josef Mengel.
Or hell, it could be an alternate reality where the Third Reich made it to the US. Doesn't get more "American Horror" than that.
Yer killin' me, Smalls...
I would actually find that such an interesting House or Scare Zone!!

I'm personally hoping for Killer Klownz, AHS, Catacombs sequel, and a Nightingales sequel... If I had it my way, I'd replace TWD with a house based on the seven deadly sins. I'd also enjoy a house based on the old Icons again, perhaps as a way to bring back Icons of the past. Several original scarezones as well, though I haven't any ideas at the moment. Most likely we'll get IP houses, few scarezones, and a huge rehash of TWD though.

Honestly considering come up with ideas for the Epcot Haunt. You could make each World Showcase based upon a different country's scary legend. Future World could be where Disney-related scary stuff is at. Imagine making a giant pumpkin out of Spaceship Earth

Halloween Horror Nights 24 Speculation

When I hear masquerade, for some reason my mind immediately jumped to Romeo and Juliet. Though I don't think that could ever make an appearance at HHN...well, Macbeth's kinda scary. Potions brewed from dismembered animal and human remains, hoards of weird dancing kids...If anything that could inspire some aspects of a maze.
But really, I'd love a carnival maze to be perfectly honest. It sounds...intriguing. Especially after having to deal with Kings Island CarnEvil all these years...
