I will answer any questions you might have on the houses and the streets.
Certain streets are well done and others will have to adjust in time. As for the houses, there all solid. Yes, even that train one is ok.
Don't know if you noticed but Last night they had Andrea or... "Generic Blonde Zombie" over at the campsite!

more good stuff today! So they put out these facades in central park, two of them. One is a Dear covered in daryl's crossbows and it's dead laying on top of a hill with rocks, and the second one is a "set" that will have Bicycle girl crawling toward you as you walk in, it'll be a great place for photos! They're currently covered in tarps but I'm sure someone will post a photo of it soon.

Heard a rumor at Universal that Daryl, Meryl, and Michonne will be running through the park. Also Bicycle girl is already set up in the Scarezone in central park, it's tarped up.

It is an assumption, but we've had one, what, 5 or 6 years in a row now? I think it will be CitW, not AWiL, tho. Honestly, I don't see how you showcase mermen and a killer unicorn without making it dark comedy. A bloodied, viscous killer ... unicorn.
I would love to see the full scaled Unicorn attacking one of the workers like in the movie, That'd be PRICELESS! I wonder if they'll sneak some people in that house with the masks from The Purge?

Uhhhggggg.... I feel so mixed about this. I'm really disappointed in the streets so far,but who knows, they could be amazing. I am though, excited to see what they do with the house. So far I'm very excited for this year.
I completely agree like everyone is upset right now over it but it could turn out to be pretty amazing I think we should hold out a little more faith in what universal has planned hahaha.

I could definately see a Michonne and Meryl in Central park area from when Meryl and Michonne has that chase last season.

The problem I'm having with the event as it's been announced so far is that, essentially, if zombies aren't your cup of tea, you're out of luck. That imaginative spark and diversity that has made Horror Nights so special to me is slowly disappearing. The Walking Dead has always been about the relationships between the characters and their personal struggles, which made it translate so poorly last year in my opinion. When you strip away the drama, it's just a bland zombie faux-horror.
Here's hoping they pull something interesting out of the bag for the other four or five houses, rather than more film or television IPs.....
What is the probability do you think we will have of seeing Walking dead characters or something similar throughout the park and in the house this year? Last year we got nothing but like the Well zombie.

The plans I've heard is that zones will exists and recreate scenes from the show. So, expect something like the tank in New York, that sort of thing.
And I've also heard that Chainsaws WILL return, but will be "Survivors."
Oh okay that's really cool! I'd love to take a picture next to the Zombie infested tank haha! And Survivors like "Walking Dead Survivors" or survivors of the "Evil takes root"?
I think the zones can go farther even if they did just zombie themed scare zones like each scare zone has zombies from different signature films, Walking Dead, Resident Evil, 28 Weeks Later, etc. etc.

I'm thinking that possibly the scare zones will be walking dead area related like In this last season when they have the woodsbury men fighting zombies and the towns people are all screaming and chanting, wouldn't that be pretty neat for a walking dead scarezone? Idk I just hope it's really not all walkers everywhere, We're still two months away things could change hopefully!

So while at work another team member had given me information that Stilt walkers will not be out this year and neither will chainsaw characters? I hope it's not true, has anyone else heard this?

So does this mean the ONLY characters lurking these streets are going to be Walkers? As a huge fan of walking dead this is cool but then again I really wanted a Resident Evil Street experience along with the house /: Also in an Un-related note, Has anyone seen UNIVERSAL JAPAN's newest Attraction, "BIOHAZARD: THE REAL" where you are given a gun just like men in black and shoot zombies? Sounds pretty exciting.
