I'm so fucking excited (excuse my language)
I'm going through a mix of emotions

I don't think it's AVP. Aiello would have tweeted out one those #HHN24 "flame" Gifs.
Edit:Well crap never mind.
-
This is a really catchy song. Hopefully this isn't like Cooper or Sabbath where they play the album's music in the maze, because this wouldn't fit. I WOULD be ok with Slash making an original score for the maze though.
From my understanding of what Murdy has said, they won't. I was just making fun of their Marketing.
-
I'm more interested in whether or not it'll be Slash solo or will they throw in a few Guns N' Roses tunes because whether Slash likes it or not, He'll always be remembered for GNR first and foremost before any of his solo efforts/Velvet Revolver/Myles Kennedy band..
I'm pretty sure it's just one person since Murdy is saying "Musician."
-
I wonder how many times the are going to mention Slash's new album in the announcement video.
-
I just really want to know who the "main character" of this attraction is going to be. I love Murdy's "narration" in the StarWay during HHN so I'm sure i'll get a kick out of this.

Route 66/Slash/Clowns maze.. I've heard so many rumors on this maze, I still have no clue what the theme is.. We wait patiently..

Plus he still needs to announce scarezones.
All I.P Scarezones have been announced and last I checked only those get announcements outside of the Full Website launch.

How I feel every time we ask for an announcement.

Watch them announce AVP on Wednesday Morning. That would be a brutal move from Marketing.

Then don't drive there.
If only it worked that way...

From Inside universal:
FDTD is coming along. For the most part it seems the tent will be fully behind the Facade. (Hooray!)
But the illusion will probably be killed by the giant Backdrop next to it. Oh well nothing is perfect... except AWiL.
Cell Block C Facade.
Interesting to note it is further down the Tent than last year. I'm guessing for the Tank. Hopefully they play the Governor's line "Kill them All!"
Stuff and things...
Still sexy.
Still don't know.

I can totally see how Art Deco lends itself to a 14th Century Castle...

This is the HHNH construction forum not the critique others forum.
Thx
Not a moderator but let's try and stay on Topic, he meant no harm.

It's been a long time since 2012... glad to see it finally happening here.
-
The brown paint on the Bricks and white paint on the shingles are supposed to act as Water Stains from all the "rain." Impressive to say the least, like Freak said if this amount of detail is being put into the Facade alone I can only imaging how the inside looks.

Can't post the photo directly from my iPad but MiceChat has a good shot of the Slaughtered Lamb.

Murdy said to maybe expect a special guest for the ScareLA announcement. Could that possibly be the original with Slash? Just the first thing that crossed my mind.
Or James Wan or John Landis.
-
No better than the Perron family home or Dracula's castle. All three are supposed to be isolated 0_0
Well if they take some source material from Annabelle the Facade could easily be the Nurse's Apartment building. The time period of Annabelle and The Conjuring are in the 1970s which is not too far off from the 1950s themed Eateries and Universal Plaza. It's not a perfect fit by any means but it does lend itself to the atmosphere. More so than an old 14th Century Castle and a Cabin that is supposed to be in the middle of the Woods.
-
.... soooooo? If they moved the Saw facade to the JP queue for Alice Cooper, they can move a cabin facade.
Right. Well we know what's going in JP and the walls in 747 look nothing like anything you would see in the film. That would leave Parisian Courtyard. A Cabin in the Woods Facade in between three Art-Deco themed locations would completely negate what Murdy said about the surrounding area lending itself to the Maze scenery.

Thank you for that - so Express Pass for sure. Back lot? Is that the Terror Tram thing?
I honestly don't think a Front of the Line Pass is necessary as long as you know how to navigate your way through the park. If you get to the park early around 6:30 they let guests get into the Metropolitan sets before the actual event starts. (It will be located to the right of the arch and there should be a sign and announcements letting you know) As long as you get the Metro area over with first then you should be fine for the rest of the event. Hollywood's event is comprised of 7 mazes and the Terror Tram. The Park itself is divided into Three Sections: Upper-Lot, Lower-Lot and Metro Sets. Here is last year's map for reference but I'll name where this year's mazes will be located
Upper-Lot:
M1= Face Off: In the Flesh
M2= Empire (The Conjuring or Dracula Untold)
Terror Tram
Lower-Lot:
M3= American Werewolf in London
M4=Original Maze
Metropolitan Sets:
M5= The Walking Dead: End of the Line
M6= Alien Vs. Predator
M7= From Dusk 'Til Dawn

Whaaaaa? When did we count CitW out? I forgot about it for a good month though, I'll admit.
When Murdy confirmed the Original Maze was going behind the Mummy.
