  1. Yeah So scare. Such Icon. Here was a great chance *rimshot* to come up with an all new one and they went with the predictable.

OK I guess. Better than Jack again. By looking at her they have played up the living doll aspect.

Don't get me wrong both are amazing actors and I have great respect for them. Just like to see a little variety. Still it could work. Looking forward to seeing more.

  2. eh it'll be fine. Just like all the other TWD houses. I used to have this righteous indignation over TWD... But much like a terminal disease, I've come to terms with it and accept fate. Pretty much goes for the whole event really. It is a bonus house and I can skip it if need be.

I actually imagine, if done right, they can two 1.5 memorable scenes from 6 seasons. Shouldn't be THAT hard. If fact we have what? 8 confirmed? Good, Bad, Indifferent, it is what it is.

  4. OK, since we are being honest....

Everyone is saying 3rd tent but...

My original information was for a second parade building. 79B

With a lot of help by mystique on permits... It seems this may be the more logical location. There IS a permit for a tent but it's price does not sound remotely like it is a house at 50.00 (Mystique can correct me if I 'm wrong but a typical permit is 200-650 in price). At the same time, I think we would notice another building by now... However. A tent could cover the floats to free up the rest of the parade building. It all is kind of confusing but maybe two houses in the single parade.

I have, however had a lot more confirmation on the second parade building. Not 100% at all Legacy is right... there is a bit of an echo chamber. I have a lot of diverse sources but at the same time, no one really knows who gets what from where. It's kind of the Game of Thrones of HHN. More just intuition on who can be trusted and who is blowing smoke but there are surprises every year.

All that said, I'm leaning more towards the new building or the tent for the floats as THAT would fix the problem with the IP that was ousted (read as never really there ) in 24B.

Body Collectors felt cold to me, but that might have been the ambiance tricking me. And I wasn't there but that seems like a huge missed opportunity that the thing houses weren't cold.

Agree but it isn't really feasible. 22 is ok to do because it is so small. Tents they can barely keep cool enough to tolerate. The rest it's like your trying to Ac the outside they are so massive.

The first thing was in a tent and was BROILING hot when I went through at closing time.

  6. Exorcist is, allegedly, in 22. There can't be 2 separate houses there. Unless of course that is wrong as well. But remember. Neither Thing house was cold. Nor was Home from the Holidays or the last body collectors. All had snow. The only cold house we had was Winter's Night. Of course cold would add ambience to Krampus you would want but it isn't 100% Needed. A tent would be a TERRIBLE place for it though.

It's starting to makes sense to me now... But I'm having to piece it all together. I THINK the new model makes sense. I need to double check everything though and verify some things as concrete.

For the sake of putting it down, the already confirmed scenes from the Uni Close Up Blog, with house / season they're from listed, which I'm placing in spoiler brackets, for the some that may care.....

      Hide contents

    • Hershel's Barn (Season 2) (Dead Inside)
    • Governor's Walker Tanks (Season 3) (No Safe Haven)
    • Terminus (Season 4 / 5) (Presuming the ending scenes from End Of The Line (Mega House)....)
    • Stormy Forest (Season 4) (End Of The Line)
    • Alexandria Sewers (Season 6) (New To This House)
    • Alexandra / Wolves Attack (Season 6) (New To This House)
    • Saviors Forest Scene (Season 6) (New To This House) (Probably the finale in all likelihood.....)

Some scenes I PRESUME would be in this house that haven't already been revealed:

    • The Hospital (Season 1) (Dead Inside)
    • Woodbury (Season 3) (No Safe Haven)
    • The Prison (Season 3 & 4) (NSH & End Of The Line) (Guess they would pick & choose for this one...)
    • Supermarket with Helicopter (Season 4) (End Of The Line)
    • The Church (Season 5) (The Living And The Dead) (Just because of "plot relevance", though I don't know how much that matters in this case.)
    • Food Trucks (Season 5) (The Living And The Dead)

    Form the official release

    Quote

They’ll step inside instantly-recognizable locations, such as the hospital from Season 1 where Rick awakens to a world overrun with the dead, the unnerving home of the Governor in Season 3 and the seemingly-safe refuge, Terminus, from Season 4.

The experience will culminate with iconic scenes from Season 6, where guests will trudge through a decomposed sewer and try to evade the brutal pack of villains, The Wolves, after they’ve invaded Alexandria. Along the way, they’ll rush to avoid the bite of the show’s most memorable walkers – including some that have never been seen before at “Halloween Horror Nights.”

Walls of Alexandria? Urban Design? What?

In the permits we have been pondering this mysterious "urban design" group working on 24 b. Now we know it is in a sound stage it pretty much means it is in 24 a/b. B has the urban design bit. So that is the walls.

This throws a wrench in my info. this would push ... uh... announced IP... to new tent or shrek.. Which would make little sense. Unless we really aren't getting a new location.

do we need the tent/new parade building? We have 24 a, 24 b, 22. unnamed megahouse SS (assuming 25), Shrek, parade, tent 1 and 2, why couldn't 23 be used for the 9th house? Ah things got interesting again.

  9. From what I gather from the original (and mind you I was only getting tidbits before it was demoed) was that this was to somehow tie to the urban legends houses. It had chupacabra somehow tied to it but it definitely took place in some sort of South American temple. It had traps and sacrificial pits, etc.

I had seen just a peak of the wall treatments and there was the classic chiseled stone wall and thick vines running along it. Other than that it was gone before I got much else before the plug was pulled

  10. Hey these people look familiar

I know it's old but it's going around and you brought up the legions. :P

I liked the idea... in practice... didn't really work out quite right. But hey they must have done something right. People pledge their allegiance to their legion and the morphan Trick R' Treaters have been a staple since.
