What if they used aspects of the scrapped "Halloween Tree" theme for HHN 20 and mixed it with the story of the legions in some way? I know it would be a long shot but I think that would be very cool.

It looks as though Universal is most likely doing a mixture of zones and hordes. I think that's a good idea and could work very well for the event. I really enjoyed the roaming zombie hordes at HOS last year and I found it very effective. This makes me even more curious about the overall theming for this years event. Is it going to be a mixture of different themes and ideas or could the zones and hordes be more closely related than rumored? Do you guys think that this year is leaning toward a HHN 14 or HHN 15 style of event? Maybe somewhere in-between (pun intended)? Your thoughts?

If they both did something like that it could be very awesome. Those two worlds could really be explored to their fullest.

That's a very good point. I doubt we will see the prison. Maybe we will see her at the end, kind of like the season two finale.

I would love to see Michonne and the two zombie "pets" in the house. That would be such an awesome scareactor combination.

Haven't past houses been done when the selected property is being released later in October? The house I remember doing this was The Thing (2011). The event opened before The Thing (2011) was released. The third season of the Walking Dead starts in mid October. I think they could potentially have aspects of season three in the house (characters, locations...). That way it sort of acts like a promotion for the upcoming season as well as the show's past.

That is a really good idea. I could definately see them incorporating that technology somehow with Silent Hill. The environmental effects they could do could be really awesome and would fit perfectly. In my mind I could see them using a number of effects simlar to The Orfanage: Ashes to Ashes for Silent Hill. Not a whole lot maybe but I think it could very simlar in tone to what they do with Silent Hill.

I really like this idea. Silent Hill has always had that eerie atmosphere. That is what I love about a really good house. I am excited to see how they are going to protray the many different aspects of Silent Hill.
