  1. I'm 6'5" and a good deal of "husky" myself (otherwise known as fat :D), but I'm planning on crouching as much as I can! Why? Why not!

You're not fat, you're fluffy. <3 :) And I'm sure you guys will be perfectly fine. Art & design keep all of this stuff in mind I'm sure.

I'm thinking that this might be the closest UO has come to adding an "extreme" element into a normal house.

Howl-O-Scream did it for Death Row Vengance. The Scare-Actors would slap the fence looking siding. It was pretty intense. It was a minnie tunnel. Great black light lighting and all. :)

  2. Added Death Drums to the map.

By the looks of it, they picked the correct place to put Saws N' Steam. Geeze.... Yack! Talking about burning up. Hope you scareactors of that house get to wear tank tops and shorts. lol

It's most likely going to come out from the Hollywood gate (right next to Monster Make-Up), process through Mel's, along the lagoon briefly and perform there. It will essentially follow the same route the Blues Brothers take. It's not that absurd a location, considering "house bands" play that area for Mardi Gras every year.

There are also rumors that the show will use something like floats, though obviously not as elaborate as the Festival of the Dead floats. Death Drums is a good thing, and while I'm sure everyone loves the contracted performers, they serve more of a niche market than I think this new show will.

Are the performers of Death Drums an all around year show? Did they recrute them from an actual leasing contract organization, or? And if so, are there any links to sneak a peak at any videos the performers might be in?

  3. In the end, it boils down to this:

I don't care what anyone says, we ALL want to be accepted. We all "copy" other people to try to fit in. And you know what? It's a never ending cycle. I learned that in college, and I learned that in the working world. *shruggs*

  4. I have been searching forever and ever, asking around. Does anyone here, or maybe it's already posted, have the mixed version of "I'm a Rockstar" by Rihanna, from the Bill & Ted show? I've searched far and wide, and no such luck. <_<

  5. I slept 14 hours last night! In class now, I have to study for my math test. Wish me luck!

Good luck! My college Algebra 1 Chapter 5 test is Thursday. Ugh! I have a 99 in there right now, but still..... I'm just waiting for the day I get below a 90 on one of my tests. :(

In any case, good luck and take your time. :) Remember to breathe!

  6. Glad you're having fun and also doing well! :) Nothing yet as far as HHN news for this year, just speculating in the dark.

Thankies. And, it's like that every year, isn't it? We really won't know until August. It's fun to dream though. :D

  7. Hello my little ghouls and goblins! How are you all doing in sunny Florida, and beyond? I've missed you guys like you wouldn't believe. I never really hung out with some of you to begin with, but knowing I had people just as weird and dysfunctional as myself around, was sort of a comfort for me. :) I'm still maintaining ALL A's in college. It's hard work, but I won't settle for anything below a B. I'm too smart for that. ;) It's like living in a different world up here in Cherokee, NC. There are miles and miles of mountains and rivers. Plenty of nature trails and bunches of churches. (Mostly Baptist) I am, however, currently working on getting a ghost hunting group together up here. I plan on launching it and starting investigations no later than the end of March. It's still a little chilly up here, so it'll have to wait a few more weeks. I do keep up with many of you regularly on Facebook. (I never really know what to leave for comments) I trust most of you are in good health. I'm going to be in Orlando this weekend, and if you'd like, check out my Facebook for my cell number and give me a call so we can hang out. For the past couple of days, thanks to Reaper, I've been listening to plenty of Halloween Horror Nights tunes. It made me long to come snoop around on the boards again. Any juicy gossip on construction yet? Can't wait for Haunt Season. It's almost here! TTFN!

  8. I've been going to HHN for the last 13 years coming down from Massachusetts every year and I have wanted to show my love for the event in the form of a tattoo. I committed to doing a sleeve when I found an excellent tattoo artist who specializes in horror, Julio Rodriguez who works out of Hope Gallery in New Haven Ct. My decisions on content are not based on trying to have an overall summary of HHN, but are my personal favorites. I do have plans to continue HHN content on to my chest and back, so much of what people will take as major omissions may come up later. I only have so much area and flesh, but I'm working on it and I'm quite pleased with the results so far. As you will see from the pictures, I'm only about half way complete so I'll post more pics as I get work done. Please let me know what you think. Enjoy!

WOW!! That is AMAZING. I love it! Can't wait to see it when it's all done. I'm excited for you. I'm too chicken to get any tattoos, plus I don't think my boyfriend would appreciate it. The Jack one's awesome. I can't wait to see how Mary's turns out. Keep us update with plenty of photos.

  9. I love college. It feels so wonderful actually doing something with my life. So far, I have nothing below a B... SO FAR is the key word. It's been pretty cool here, but it's pretty none the less. I'll post some pictures for you mountain lovers later on. :) I miss everyone dearly that misses me, and hope all is well. It's been a busy/random year. Everyone here's so nice and I have TONS of friends. Happy Birthday to me! HA! Peace! <3

  10. Here is where you can discuss the roaming CDT (Camo Team).

IMO, I consider 98% of the guys in Saws N' Steam and 20 Years of Fear the CDT, they are truly the veterans of the saws!

No, you wanna know something sad? The mysterious bald guy with the beard, that's USUALLY in that group, isn't this year. Instead he's in the one scare zone with that other guy, wearing last year's costume.
