Here it is guys, exclusively for HNN!

Murdy said wanted to do something special for the 10th anniversary. After all, he is retiring in 2015.

  2. Im curious........what was the lineup he said i missed this twotontick guy

"Since the site is not letting me post, I'll post here. My father is good friends with John Murdy. I am confident of the line-up for this year's HHN Hollywood. Universal Monsters Remix, Trick 'r Treat, The Exorcist, Insidious, Walking Dead, and the Purge (Going in 747). Also, Walking Dead Terror Tram will be returning and there will be a Purge backlot experience. You are welcome in advance. :-)"

  3. i just want to announce to everybody that..........I GOT MY TICKETS FOR OPENING NIGHT!!!!!!!!!

..........and I'm taking a chance and doing G.A. and early entry to the backlot to save a buck.

In 2012 i paid a little over $150 for me and my girl for FOL

    in 2013 i paid $238

If i paid the money i did in 2013 in 2012 i could have bought someone a FOL

So i will take all your guys advice and do the backlot first and hustle my fat a$$ if i have to lol

How did you already get GA tickets? Are you an AP holder?

  4. Wow. I guess the one or two people who aren't anticipating AVP as one or two and put it at the bottom of the list really hurt its chances of being number1. Not fair, just because its a sci fi property and the movie sucks doesn't mean the maze won't be good.

However, pretty much everyone put AWIL in their top 2 at least, so I suppose it belongs at number 1.

But also keep in mind, more people will vote instead of commenting.

I also did the same test but took out the bottom outlier and the top outlier. I thought that could bring AvP to the top, but I got the same results (Same order, but TWD and FDTD actually tied), just the difference wasn't as big. Still my personal most anticipated though.

  5. So I decided to do some statistics cause I was bored. The chart above isn't a completely accurate representation of our most anticipated maze to least anticipated. So I went through everyone's response, giving everyone's #1 option, 6 points, all the way down to giving 0 points to the least anticipated option. I then found the average amount of points each maze got, divided it by 6 which is the perfect average the maze could get, and came up with a percentage. Remember, a low percentage does not mean it's not anticipated at all, it just means it's less anticipated than the maze above it on the list. Also, only 56.8% of the people who voted above actually wrote out their most to least anticipated mazes. So the more people that do that, the more accurate this can get. Here are my results of what the forum's average chart would look like.

    1. An American Werewolf in London - 85.7%

    2. Alien Vs. Predator - 81%

    3. Clowns 3D - 48.4%

    4. The Walking Dead: End of the Line - 46.8%

    5. From Dusk Til Dawn - 46%

    6. Dracula Untold - 24.6%

    7. Face Off - 12.7%

  6. I think it'll be fine. Both times I went last year, B&T had already been canceled and there was enough time to do everything. We didn't have early access. I went the week before Halloween and on Halloween itself. Granted, we have one more maze this year to hit and Halloween is on a Friday, buuut I refer you to DTH's HHN guide for that. He's got solid tips in there.

Yes, solid tips that are mainly based on hitting Early Access. I know I'll be able to do everything probably, but I'll end up giving up on dinner, Despicable Me, and going through any maze more than once. The first and the last of which I've done every year. I just don't think there will be time for that anymore.

  7. Don't forget the Silent Hill scarezone. It seemed like an obvious choice to have clowns down there, but I'm pleased with this choice.

Yeah, but the Silent Hill scarezone still wasn't great cause they didn't stand out very well. Clowns would have done that with the bright colors and I'm sure bright lights that would have filled the scarezone. They could have easily had clowns on stilts, too. But I hope Skullz is not as dull as I'm picturing it in my head.

  8. Guys, read that post a little more carefully.

It says that Annual Pass members can start queuing by Transformers around 4:30, while the park is still open. This leads me to believe that AP members can enter during daytime op. To me, this sounds like Early Access will not be affected for General Admission people. Although, if AP holders are already down there by the time the rest of us are, it may be a bit more crowded, but Early Access will still be the best option.

It says they're let in at 6:45pm. AKA, the time Early Entry would let us into the backlot.

  9. My god I hope this is misinformation. I hope that enough people complain and they change it, or that it's only for the first few weekends.

Or maybe AP holders get to go in the mazes during daytime op? Because HHN doesn't start until 7 and I don't see them changing the hours. When does the park close, do you know?

Nope, according to that link, it's just a replication of early entry, just for those with an AP pass. And it's the entire year it seems.

  10. Having clowns in a zone before the maze seems pointless. Why have so much of one type of monster when we already have 2 mazes with vampires, and multiple attractions with zombies ?

When Saw was in the Mummy venue, they had a Pigz scarezone based on the pigs in the movies. It really helped set the tone for the maze. Also, clowns would bring some life to the lower lot that hasn't been there for the past few years.
