    Out of the ones announced which house are you most amped for so far?

    I'll add all nine with a spec guess at what unannounced houses may or I hope to be.

     

    1. Krampus - I've not even seen the movie yet but I just love the whole thing about it. Cool characters, etc. Will actually be getting the movie to watch tonight.

    2. TCM - Original movie version and too creepy sick to not be here. Pure horror.

    3. H2 - Final scene from H1 bridging through town and into the hospital should be a wild ride.

    4. Ghost Town - Sharing SS24 with TWD love the setting / period and expect a great house.

    5. Exorcist - Would like this to be higher but I'm worried about the execution or how I perceive it. Hope it exceeds my expectations.

    6. El Chupacabra - In T1 - just guessing what this will be. Expect a nice surprise from this original no matter what it is.

    7. AHS - Haven't watched every season but if this is the mega house in SS25 it will have variety.

    8. Chance - Hoping I don't need to be a psychologist to enjoy this one. Setting expectations low.

    9. TWD - Wife and I like the show so we should enjoy it but it's getting tired from a house perspective.

     

    Hard to seed some of these because I think 26 will be solid house wise. Some have to be near the bottom.

    Are you doing both AM and PM? I heard those doing the combo will check into IOA and those doing singles will go to the normal US check in location.

    Uni is making the decision to fly across the country more and more difficult; the original houses used to make it a no-brainer for me.  Everything is booked yet not paid for this year.  Sincerely thinking about cancelling.  Either we have it already in Hollywood or I've seen it before in Orlando.  

     

     

    You are possibly cancelling because of ONE house? That's not fair to the other eight. Ignore TWD and come.

    Good point. Did not think about the cooling aspect that Krampus would require. Maybe Krampus is in 21 part of the mega/uber. Still hard to tell what is where.

    Pledge to be happy going only one night this year. Sharing a trip this year with my brother that will be Disney based. They have never been to HHN's and while we may still purchase ROF, it will probably just be one day, both parks (Kong!), with HHN added and Express. The other days will be Disney. Haven't been to F&W in fours years since HHN and Uni took over my fall trip 5 years ago. I can do this. :)

    How soon til someone here is going on a tour and can confirm the Behind the Thrills post? Just really want to know if the tours are fixed as the same 6 in the groups of e that were posted. 

     

    Univeral guest relations ions claimed it wouldn't be the same three houses every day am and pm which to me makes no sense what so ever so I think they just didn't have an answer. 

    I really want to tour Jack Presents but the other two houses on that tour don't interest me. I like waking dead but not to tour a house and I never dug the Alice in wonderland scare zone and have little interest in the house. 

    I'm doing them both on Friday and will post the lineup.

    Doesn't TWD exit at the Purge entrance? If you were really going to try and minimize walking and get three houses done quickly, wouldn't you do TWD (Parade), Purge (T1), and then Insidious (T2) in that order? Or would the wait for Insidious build that quickly? This would be using the Diagon S&S area.

    My plan is very similar to Merlins. Will probably be at Finnegans like I was last year for S&S. Will do FvJ first then not quite sure. Will depend on what house SS house opens next. Last year it was usually Dracula but I like the idea of heading straight to the front of the park for AWIL. Since I'm doing four nights in a row will probably change up the S&S location but it's hard not to beverage at Finnegans and just hang beforehand.

    HHN 25 Merchandise

    So today, I walked into the Christmas shop and the lady in charge of it was painting a tree ornament with the Jack face that you see at the corner of your screen right now. Not sure if that is being sold (I asked but said she couldn't tell me anything about it) but I want one. 

    That lady probably thinks I'm nuts when I freaked out over seeing it.

    It is my understanding those ornaments would be on sale starting 9/16. Not sure if that has changed or not. My wife wants one badly so it will be the first thing we do in the park on Sep 24. 

    HHN 25 Tickets, Pricing, and General Event Operation Questions

    Any clue what's going on the 18th, 19th, 25th and 3rd?  All RIP tours read "sold out".  I contacted VIP Services to see if there is a wait list and was informed that they aren't sold out... they were never available to begin with due to special events.  Any word on what those events may be?

    Annual Passholder Nights are the 18th, 19th, 25th, and 26th of Sep. Not sure about Oct 3.
