Where is the 'special' entry gate located? Is it where all AP holders enter during AP early admission nights to the far right of will-call?
Yes it's the exact same minus the tent where you get a wristband. But yeah it's down that sidewalk that goes to the right before you get to the main arches.

Did this house another two times last night, and I feel like they've cranked up their intensity. I definitely won't forget what one of the scare actors pulled on us either.
Aka the actor who poses as a girl asking if she can get in front of us in line halfway through the house. She even acted scared and jumped a couple of times to make it seem more realistic. And then next thing I knew, she was being grabbed and stabbed right in front of me! Major props to her and their execution (pun intended).

There's still one Jack without the wig/mask, but aside from that this house is already x10 better than last weekend, and it rocked then too.

I was coming in hoping for this house to be on the same level as The In-Between, and honestly it's not even close. The effects are neat, and the house is pretty lengthy, but it needs to be stepped up. I've done 3 runs and have yet to see the left bird do anything but walk back and forth, and have only caught the right bird once. Also, in the light room they could use another actor or two, as well as Mad Hatter's room. I think my main problem with this house is the fact that I feel as if I'm walking through a wonderworks-type of house and not a HHN one. More actors, more potential scares, or something along those lines needs to be done if they want to bring up the thrill level of this house. Don't even get me started on that plant scene..

Yeah I'd say hoping they don't play it is a pretty bold request considering that it's a hallmark of the film.

Can anyone clear up exactly what the roaming hordes are since there isn't a section in Scare Zones for them? I know there's something about a Clown CDT, but that's about it.

This concept is one I've been hoping for for quite a while now, but I'm a bit iffy due to the fact that they chose to implement 3D into this house. If they pull it off like they did with In Between, and also make the rest of the house itself amazing, I can already see myself hitting this house 10+ times.

If this zone is anything like Grown Evil, there's a lot to look forward to. Grown Evil is up in my top 5 scare zones, so my expectations for this zone are pretty high.

I don't know about everyone else, but the fact that Nightingales is making an appearance has got to be one of the most exciting things about this year's event for me.

Friday night I made it to Giggles around 1:53. Walked right on, no other people to worry about. This being my favorite house, doing it solo was amazing. I wished the actors would've been a little more in my face, but nonetheless it was amazing. Got out at 1:58, and ran back to the entrance, this time being the last person in before they closed the lines, and once again having the whole house to myself. This time around it was even better, probably due to the fact that all the actors had just seen me go through the house minutes earlier. But I give props to the clown in the top-hat for messing with me on both runs, the strobe light runner who literally got in my face, and the chainsaw clown at the end. Instead of waiting outside the house in his normal hiding spot, once I turned the corner into that last hallway there he was, blocking the exit, and next thing I knew he was sprinting at me with his chainsaw revved up. Being able to do this house alone, two times back-to-back, was really enjoyable and I hope I have another chance to do it again.

Did this house for the 4th time Friday night and I've got to admit it was one of the most intense runs I've ever had in a house. I don't really get scared, but I felt the intensity of all the actors, and both my friends were about ready to pee themselves. The same way some people seem to get lower to the ground the more terrified they are, both my friends were holding each other crouched down to the floor throughout most of the house. My first couple runs didn't really lend themselves to me agreeing with the highly held opinions of others, but after Friday night I can say that this is one of the best houses I've ever been in.

Giggles & Gore: Thank you to the awesome surgical clown in the first room for fist pumping me!
The Purge: "Young Ghoul Face?" The actor with the cross on his head and the striped jacket, thanks for watching me and my friend leave without us knowing then running up to us and saying "Leaving so soon?" and shaking our hands.
Roanoke: Pilgrim in the room by himself that says stuff to everyone who walks by, thanks for scaring the hell out my friend by telling her that the devil is in her mouth.

I still ended up going last night but wow was it beyond packed. The streets were so congested and for most of the night when I would check times, 6 houses would be at 120-150 min with 2 around 60/70 (Usually FDTD and Dracula). But when I walked over to KidZone and saw Dollhouse at 125 and Roanoke at 130 at the same time I decided to just walk around until around 12 and then hit houses once people started clearing out. Did AVP with about a 15 minute wait, Giggles with maybe 5 minutes, Roanoke with about 20, and FDTD with about a 45. Just spent most of the night in the zones. Also, AVP and Dracula both had projections last night.

Anyone know how the crowds were last night? This week is the one where Orange County has thursday and Friday off of schools and I was wondering if going tonight was even worth it. Already been 5 nights, don't mind waiting until next week if tonight is going to be unbearable.

I went last night and was shocked by how packed it was for a Thursday. I went on Friday the 3rd, got there around 7:30, and still managed to do all eight houses in one night without having to rush or really work in a hurry. But last night was just horrendous. I just walked around the zones, ate, watched B&T again, and did a few houses because it was crazy.

I was just wondering if I could receive any info from veteran scareactors or anyone who might know about situations like these. But how would one go about getting Purge actors for example, to interact for a planned event? Like a proposal or something of the sort. If it would be easier for anyone to just private message me the details I'll go ahead and delete the thread as to not clutter up the forums. Thanks in advance.

Does anyone know if it's possible to use an annual pass to purchase two FFP tickets? My friend doesn't have a pass, therefore it would cost a lot more for them.

Seeing this come back makes me so happy.

This probably isn't going to ever happen, but I would absolutely love for them to incorporate a street experience where they bring back their original scarezones with the designated areas, but also have roaming hordes like the ones from last year going around the park filling in all the gaps. I feel like that would be the ultimate street experience.

I personally noticed that, and always took the left side for a guaranteed attempt at a scare haha.
