How confident are we in more than 7 houses this year?

I just requested to join HU myself. This is my first time even touching the LT thread, and I'm definitely already peaking for next year.

Sorry for being a little behind on this, but I just got caught up on the last week or so of speculation.
So as far as the surname clue goes (and in the fashion of most people here, I'm stretching at least a bit):
Surname--->Shakespeare, King, etc.--->Writer--->Ellison Oswalt(Ethan Hawke)=possible Sinister house?
How feasible a possibility do you guys see this being as a potential IP house?

Good analysis of last years joke. But if you think about it there were "beasts" last year...
The point though, is that yesterday's videos were a joke. There may be something in there you will actually see.
The real clue was in today's video.

Doc, you actually had me laughing rather loudly when you said, "pair-a-docs". Nothing beats a good pun. I mean after all I AM the guy that went and got a bear tattoo split across the top of both of my feet just to say I had "Bear feet".

When a movie so unbelievably gory feels cutting a girls own face off with a shattered mirror, or someone ripping their tongue in 2 with a box cutter isn't ENOUGH gore, what does that movie do?
Obviously they just let all hell (see? I told you guys I enjoyed bad puns) break loose and make the sky rain blood.
While I am a huge fan of the original series, there is NOOOOOOOOO WAY they would make a house based on the new one.

I think we wont get ED for a couple reasons..
1) Knotts had the rights last yr, and there is no telling if they still do
2) Have you seen the trailer? Its extremely gory and we dont have that kind of gore at HHN.. Hell we dont have much gore at all...
Well, I DO seem to recall a gore discussion a while back...Step it up Uni!!

Hey guys, haven't been on in a bit, so sorry if this was already said....but:
With the new Evil Dead movie coming out next week, and especially considering how creepy it looks, is anyone thinking we might get an ED house? Or at least something along those lines?
(And of course any house that deals with ED has to be house of the year, so long as you don't go for more than 4 hours

Okay I know it's a bit delayed......BUT!!! Making "Mama" a house would probably be a really stupid move. The movie was dumb as hell. If they were to do any recent horror movie for an IP maze, they need to do Sinister.
Quick rundown I have in my head is periodically being brought through a film or two that Ellison found, seeing his film recreated, and then some original or older killings, maybe from the ancient times?
I don't know though I'm just kind of spit balling.

Harlem Shake is only 30 seconds long lol
I wonder if they will make it last longer for Bill and Ted. Gangnam Style was like 4 and a half and was like 5 seconds in the show...thats about all the harlem parkinsons I can take, lol

i'd say it's probably either Cabin in the woods or TWD
I would punch a child in the face for a CITW house!!
And also, I will likely skip Bill and Ted if not just get up and leave if they really do a big Harlem Shake number...and B&T is one of the main reasons I go every year now.

I missed that year but from what I've heard I thought IT was based on Dead Space? I may be mistaken here though(Yes I know the house was based on Event Horizon, still sucked)

I personally would LOVE to see a house based on the movie The Number 23. One of my favorite serious Jim Carrey performances.
I would see some disturbing things progressively develop in there...maybe a room covered in scribbles of things revolving around the number?
And BOOM! there's our psychological house.
With this being a New Line film, I don't see it being a very big stretch to acquire the properties. -
The warriors were my most anticipated group...and i saw 1...1 actor from the entire group throughout the course of the entire night...rain i understand but i did a couple extra loops around the park and it want until about 11:30 that i saw a warrior over by mib while on the way out..hopefully this changes on my next trip to Orlando in a couple weeks.

Sucks you didn't see shows....20 penny wasn't that bad...caught the 11oclock show and both me and my friend were picked to be make volunteers and sat on stage.

sounds like my older idea of express passes for bars really needs to come to fruition huh? And with all the complaints on how bad ep was...could they really change that much by Friday night?Same goes for the placement of the bar adjacent to the entrance of the soundstage house at music plaza. WHO thought up THAT mess?!

Before you create another run on sentence, you should run on over to TWD to get it done with if you are going for one night. Seeing as you are going three nights, you'll be fine. Text's should return this year.

Hate all you want people, but I enjoyed every iteration of Brian Brushwood they've had. Definitely enjoy the magic shows uni has optioned

This is the one street experience I am looking the most forward to...the only thing that would make it better is if we had the opportunity to hit Shane or Carl in the head with a shovel. I'd pay extra for that.
Lol...but why would Carl ever be where he is supposed to? Can't wait till October...going to Tampa Bay comic con and getting all 8 variant issues of TWD #100 signed by Chandler Riggs..call is actually one of my favorite characters from the comics so I'd really like to see him represented in some fashion either in the house or roaming group
