I had the very same thought! Similiar to what was done over at IOA one year where the scareactors blended in so well with the rocks that you had no clue someone was there until they jumped out at you. And like you said, especially at night, this type of camouflage would be incredibly effective. Should be interesting to see what types of make up and costumes are placed in this zone!
With the statute that's already there I would say we have about an 90 percent chance of a living statue in this zone.

Um... how about 1992-2011?
It's been around forever, and isn't going anywhere.
The only problem with the vertigo tunnel is the people who stop in the middle of it.

What makes you foresee that, Andy?
Due to the simple fact there is no real decor in this zone just black fences...

So me and my friends go to HHN every year. Started this annual tradition back with Bloody Mary 3 years ago so this'll be our fourth year straight. Last year we thought we were being smart going on a Sunday night only to learn that there was no school in Orlando that Monday for a teacher work day so the place was horribly swamped with 60-90 minute wait times everywhere. This year I've come into some money at an oppurtune time and am considering buying a private RIP tour to spoil my friends. We are planning on going Thursday Oct 20th so I'm not sure if it's even neccesary or if that will be a packed night but I'm looking for feedback from anyone who may have done the RIP Tour/private RIP tour and/or anyone who works for HHN that may have some feedback on it.
Hey I will be there on the 20th can I be your friend
But seriously Thursday nights are generally not that bad you should be able to get into all the houses without dropping the extra cash. I have never been on the tour but I would just save the money and get express passes if you had a full party of 10 it would only cost you 600 bucks.

I foresee this area turning into Hide and Shriek with the maze aspect thrown in.
I have a feeling we will see people in all black costumes hiding in the darkness. aka Ninja's

Apparently you can no longer play the old games for Nightingale (Tank You), Bloodngutz (Channel Surfing), or Forsaken (Loose Cannon). For those of you who hadn't already beaten the games and had half your chip - it seems you're out of luck. Even if you win the new game multiple times, you will not be able to complete your chip and view the clue table.
I am not sure this is entirely true I just went to the site and clicked on the yellow card and still got channel surfing...

Having the over-sized Sam Meetz at the end of Leave It To Cleaver was what sent that house into a fiery nose-dive. It made a mediocre house over-the-top cheesy for me. Therefore, I hope this house doesn't stoop to that level.
Leave it Cleaver was meant to be cheesy for me that's what made this house awesome.

I am also going to have to go with Leave it to Cleaver

I have a feeling this scare zone is going to be a lot like hide and shriek or ninja's with chainsaws

I doubt there will be a true rain affect but I have a feeling there will be misters in random locations.

In 2002 I was walking threw Island of Evil Souls (LC) and wasn't paying attention there was a scare actor dress dressed up like one of the rocks in the area that decided to jump out at me... I must jumped 3 feet back. Everyone that was with me started laughing... That probably one the only times something has startled me at HHN

I accidently offended a scareactor once…
Back in 2009 we were walking thru Silver Screams and we got to the scene from The Strangers when I looked at my wife and said "look honey it’s the movie that nobody has seen". Well I guess I said it a little too loud because the scareactor heard me and said in a very annoyed voice “Actually the movie grossed x million blah blah blah.” Well it was funny it was not intentional after the fact I felt bad for insulting his scene and making him break character.

3) How many nights do you recommend we stay in order to gain the full experience?
When the wife and I go to HHN we generally go for 2 nights that way we don't stress out trying to get into all the houses.
Tips:
1) If you going for 2 days try going on a Thursday and Friday and avoid Saturday like you life depended on it.
2) If you get there are 6:30 when the gate open access which way the crowd is going and go the opposite direction

I don't think CoDS is close to bring finished. I have a feeling you will see the wall and "Dementors" themed to look like they do in the picture.
