I know there are always a couple houses over by Barney...one of which exits right where you came in, and one usually dumps you or halfway across the park at MIB. Does anyone know which ones which?

An opinion can be wrong.
Wow. Just, wow.
I've read a couple of your posts, and you're nothing but negative. I'd hate to have your outlook on things.

Did I read somewhere that the Express Pass lines have changed this year, leading to longer waits?
-
I know there were videos and pictures of them in their house prior to the event, but I have yet to hear about them being in the house during the event with people going through it.
They were.

That's how it's always been. The bartenders are pretty tightly monitored.
If you want a drink that tastes how it should, stick with beer lol.

Penn and Teller made a couple visits to their house. There's pictures of them on here.

And I'm grateful. I truly am. The more the merrier.
I'm just saying if something is subpar, don't tell how awesome it will eventually be. The event has started, I've spent my $179.99. The houses should be tuned by now.

I don't care how many houses there are, you don't put out an inferior product. And then have to listen to harpies like you tell me I should be grateful anyways. I want you to go to out to dinner tonight, and buy yourself a filet mignon. A nice one. A $50 cut. And then I want it to come out terrible. But if the chef stops by and says "Listen, I know YOUR steak is terrible...but it's a work in progress. The steak in three weeks will be delicious." How satisfied are you gonna be Wesker?
Don't care about budget, don't care about time frame. Do it right, or don't do it. Look at the Apple Maps fiasco.

Now for me to give the praise the house deserves. For those complaining about the lack of detail because the house is unfinished. Shut your traps. TJ confirmed to me tonight that they are still working on the house. So I don't want to hear it.
Yeah, it's SO unfair that people who paid to go opening weekend are complaining about a halfway done house. Who cares if that will be their obly visit to the park this year? How dare they? Just tell em to wait until next Halloween and "shut their traps."

Who you telling you know how much bank they are making with just 500 cars??? 500 cars is a joke!!!!! Imagine how many cars are coming in and out of there a day
Huh?

That came out rude, sorry. Didn't mean it to lol.

I'll be honest, I didn't actually read your review. About a quarter of the way thru, I stopped reading and just started counting the periods. Way too many run on sentences for my gentle eyes to take. Hope you had a good time at the park.

AC exits where P&T enters.
It really isn't that big of a deal with the blockage. I never realized that was the shorter way to hit some houses and went in the full circle anyway. it's not THAT much walking and will only take an extra minute. Now, if AMITY was completely blocked off and the park was a cresent, we'd be having a different conversation.
And HOH exits at AC?
-
Which of the tent houses' exits line up to the entrance of the next? Is it the same set up as last year?

Or The Forsaken courtyard scene! God I loved that room!

I've NEVER broken a prop. I might want to touch the buttons but I'm gentle. Rude.
Not being rude. Merely stating that things break because people walk thru the house and HAVE to put their hands on everything within reach.
-
Lol I even push all the buttons and turn off/on all the light switches in the houses even when I KNOW they won't actually do anything... I will most likely be one of the people to push all the buttons at the same time... (ADHD Ninja)
AKA one of the reasons plenty of props are broken by events end.

LMAO
this made me laugh
I'm here for you guys lol

I personally think Behind The Thrills are exaggerating the crawling through caves part. Crawling implies going through it on hands and knees and I don't see that happening. I'm guessing we'll have to duck or crouch at most but I hope they made the roof above our head padded lol. Involuntary jumps are going to mean a lot of heads hitting it
Exaggerating? So you DON'T think we'll actually be going underwater with the Creature...?

I'm sure they will tweak it. I remember the first few runs through the Hallow were so dark I ran into walls, cornered myself, tried to walk out a emergency exit, walked behind the set, and bumped into people in front of me. But they lightened it up on subsequent runs.
Haha, that reminds me of a time at HOS a a few years back. It was very early in the day, and my fiancée and I were the only ones in a house. At one point it was so dark, I literally walked face first into a wall. After about 30 seconds of confusion, a scare actor turned a light on and directed us on our way. Good times.

I never said that was my BIGGEST concern, but when it's something as simple as doors I would think they can match them perfectly, since the "Dont open dead inside" doors are iconic to the show. THAT is why it's a CONCERN.
Also, the handwriting on the door looks slightly different. I don't think they brought the original artist in to draw it. Needless to say...I'm concerned. Lol
-
I just read that and... I don't know, the cynic in me thinks someone will break their forehead in whatever is blocking the path lol
They do it at HOS...never heard of an issue.
-
One thing that confuses me is why would they do the "Don't open Dead Insde" doors green? They weren't green in the show.
Everything can't be exactly the same...
-
It looks like those are props..
I believe they're costumes.
