From the pictures, I like the houses shirt, but the Fear shirt I will have to see in person, not sold on that one yet Kim has a good point as far as variety.

That is just aweful and severely limits scareactors space and give a safe zone for guests. Bad news if they keep this up.
I have to agree with this. Just my opinion, but if you need a "safe zone", why are you there? Ok, that aside, if you really need to be safe, go into a bathroom or a place to eat, ect...
Again, this is just my opinion. Obviously, we all will not agree about this, that is what is great about these forums, we can agree to disagree!

In the survey, I basically said that websites from the past have been better! I remember coming home from work and wondering "what will I be able to click on today that I couldn't yesterday, that will lead me to something new?" I remember being excited to check the website. It certainly has no bearing on us going or not, but for someone who is not as into it as a lot of us on here are, it might make a difference??

I finally watched Kick ass, and I can hear the main music from the movie being used for B&T. I would think they would use the characters in some way, but something about the main theme led me to think I could hear it cranked up at B&T. Even if it is just at the end, as walk out music?? Just my opinion!

Booze is good. Seriously, after 7 or 7:30, lines get too long that I don't want to wait for the houses any more, so we drink. Spending time with friends and drinking at Chez Alcatraz is one of my favorite parts of HHN.
Now we know where to find you guys after the event starts, we certainly know where you are at during Stay & Scream

Just a quick tip, if you are going on a UTH tour for the first time. Be sure to go AFTER you've been through the houses in action on a regular night. I made the mistake of going before and it ruined a few of the scare for me as we were shown some of the places SA can re-enter a house to get a victim again.
That is a good point, we always go after we have been to HHN a night or 2. That was good advice!

This year will be the first time I will have to go through the front gates to get into the event! Our flight on Sunday the 17th doesn't land until 5:30PM, so until we get to Uni, HHN will have started. For the past 4 years we have always been at Stay and Scream (aka Finnegan's for us
) I am curious if my hip replacement will set off the metal detectors like it does in the airports, we'll see??

I agree. Looks like FFP+ w/ Express for us too! I say it'll be no more than $150.
That certainly is going to be tempting for us Mark, have to wait and see what they want for them?

The carpooling is a great idea! Unfortunately, it looks like there is a very good chance we won't be attending this year. We'll have to live vicariously through everyone else's adventures, so make sure to have a lot of fun!

the tour was only $40 last year, thats less than a night of HHN.
and it was worth every penny.
it was also cool that someone from creative came on our tour and he did some Q&A, this wasn't done on all tours , but I heard that when a creative person had the time they would join a tour. I think they like hearing what people have to say about their work and what people would like to see in the future.

I'm happy that the cold weather is gone but OMG, I DO NOT MISS THE HUMIDITY! I don't mind the heat but ugh, it feels sticky outside.
It's the same way here in PA, all of a sudden the heat and humidity showed up!!!

In my opinion, Jim was the reason they brought the tour back, he kept hounding them, and gave a few of us helpful email addresses so we could bother them to bring it back as well. I was on Jim's tour with TJ tagging along, it was cool to talk to him again.
They HAVE to bring it back again this year! The interest is obviously there, and it has to be a money maker for them. We always have a great time on the tour!!!

Well, the survey is no longer available, I finally had time to sit down and give my opinion. If they would have emailed me like they do with every other survey, I would have filled it out then, oh well. We'll see what they are going to do. We're going for 2 weeks again, so the need for an express pass probably won't come up, as we'll have FFPs. We did one night with an express pass last year, as it was a Friday, I like the peak nights for some reason, the later hours, and there just seems to be a different feeling on a Friday or Saturday, eh......that's probably all in my head.
But, having them add the last Fri and Sat to the FFP last year was great!!!!!

I haven't received this yet, but I usually get all the Uni surveys??? Anyone else who always got past surveys, not get this one? I think I'll have to re-sign up for the surveys.

I agree we went 2 years ago and it was alot of fun.
Last year on Halloween was a blast as well!
I wish Halloween wasn't on a Sunday this year, for us, it messes with travel plans, work, ect. Last year was perfect, we went Halloween night on Sat, then flew home Sunday! Just another reason to move to Orlando!!!!

I agree 100 percent with Jordan. I hope this year they leave us on our toes. Who knows, maybe there will be a kick butt story line.
We can only hope. I know I'm going for 2 weeks again, so it had better be worth it!

Sherry and I will be going the 16th, 19th, 20th, 21st, 23rd, 26th, 27th and 28th. If they extend FF, we'll go Sat the 29th too. We'll be heading back to PA Sunday the 30th.
