  1. And it wouldn't take much of an imagination stretch to picture a "Casino" to be the signature house of the event. And it would be something we have never seen before.

We also have the last name of Black being routinely used pop-culture to symbolize human images of death. So

    HHN 21

Roll of the Dice = Gambling (in some way shape or form, either games, for your life, or Chance)

    21 = Black Jack = Cervantes

    Stretches

Black Jack = Alluded to by the "Black" death in Catacombs

"Black Jack" -> Black = Death

Suddenly, I see an icon that is a Card Dealer who could be the personification of Death.

And cheesy marketing puns are a dime a dozen when it comes to card games and death. HHN 21: "Gamble for Your Life," "House Wins," "Everything on Black" (Roulette), "Hit Me..."

EDIT - Geesh, this almost seems too good to NOT be it. It's perfect. A logical connection to the number 21 in the card game Black Jack, an icon name in the name Black Jack, a world and theme stemming from the card game (gambling and a casino), an occupation from the world (a Dealer)... It's too perfect.

It also reminds me of the "Death Dealers" from when I was in basic training. I even did drawings of them as Grim Reapers that used playing cards to determine fate.

The symbol for a spade can even (easily and logically) look like the hood of the Grim Reaper...

Halloween Horror Nights 21: Place Your Bets

I suddenly can't imagine anything else more perfect.

EDIT Again - Geesh, one more thought. Remember that "7x7" rumor from a while back. In the game Craps, "Lucky 7's." So, "7x7" could actually mean, a plural of sevens.

Hahah, Good, you remembered the 7x7 quote I mentioned.. ;) looks like we are getting somewhere. Keep the speculation going guys, I like what I'm seeing.

  2. Yeah I won't say names but he is a head honcho himself came to where I was at at that time, right when I first started the Dogs Of War Audio Show, and talk to the head director of that location, whom I then went to talk to and he showed me those videos, saying that it was an idea and plan that they had.

  3. To elaborate more on the New Era of Darkness, as I have hinted in the past if HAVOC returns im 90% sure it won't be a house, the dogs want out, so I see them on the streets, CATACOMBS I'm not too sure about, I see it more as a house sequel.

Yes bringing either of those back would be going against starting fresh but at the same time it wouldn't last year was the start of the new era of darkness meaning bringing one of these two back technically is still apart of the "New Era".

If you want evidence of something I was informed of about 2 to 3 months ago, look up "Building Projections" on youtube. And expect to see something along those lines at XXI.

This goes back to a hint I left in the past...

"You will see what isn't there.."

  4. I loved the incorporation of the rides into HHN 10. I don't remember much more than Jack in the Jaws ride, but Earthquake (Dark Torment) and the Kongfrontation walk through (Nightmare Creatures ) were just cool. Dark Torment was especially neat because you went through the 'scary' part of the Earthquake attraction, then had to leave through the haunted house. It was genius. The queue for Nightmare Creatures had creatures in it, too. I remember one of them sneaking around a pillar to scare the group in front of us while we were waiting. Loved it. I've wished for that sort of interaction at HHN ever since. I would be very happy to see it, again!

    Mae

Wow that is one thing I never knew that they had done, that sounds amazing!

  5. Am I on to something there Mr.Timeout? As much as I want to see an upcharge house like hos did with alone this year I would really like a super long house.

You are am not going to say about which part exactly but you definitely are. You'll know what it is when the event rolls around just keep it in mind.

  6. Should we even spend time on anything Mr Timeout says? I don't remember him from anything last year. How do we know he's credible? I find it very hard t believe that in Feb you know all this stuff

I'm sorry you feel that way, though it is true I was not here last year I do bring valid info, I never said what I have said is 100% but trust my dedication to HHN. I am in close connection and probably one of the people that may help a certain effect that they want to be used this year come to life. So if you still feel the same due to my new status, and that my information is not viable, maybe you will feel differently afterward.

  7. Good try! The reason why they are one dimension is because they are not just theories. I have answers. But for the love of the even I'd rather not just tell you what I know. Even if you did decipher them I wouldn't say if you were right. My goal is for you to take a shot deciphering and for them to burn in your head so when the event rolls around you can immediately go "That is what Timeout was talking about!" lol

Here is a bit more in depth on one of them since it's not THAT much of a big deal, and by the way these answers I refer to are not 100% since were still not very close to HHN so things are subject to change but.....here is the more in depth.

7x7, don't think of it as a math equation it represents 7 BY 7 not 7 times 7 so there is 7 of one things and 7 of another.

    2 things total.

what are those things they are 7 of?

  8. I don't think a Vampire Icon would be cheesy if done correctly. To me it would make perfect sense to tie in vampires. Between all the movies and TV shows out now that are vampire based it would bring in tons of people and would make a crazy amount of money on merch. After all this is a business. Vampire mania will be running rampant also due to the Twilight movie coming out in November. Just my thoughts as of now

I somewhat agree on this based on how popular vampires are now a days, BUT vampires are no longer seen as scary anymore. The fear factor behind a vampire has now been destroyed and I don't think an Icon that is not feared at all would look good at an HHN event.

  9. Well I do have my sources and I appreciate the attempt to decipher the quotes, you seem to have found something even I didn't see. I'm referring to the part of storyteller speaking FEAR which I didn't think of .So you got me on that one. haha.

Yes I have been doing a audio fan-fic on Havoc and I will have hidden clues within the show, some of which are the ones I just told you.

I use the words quotes loosely but they are my quotes in a sense. When I am given the info I try to make little quotes/riddles. Most of the info I receive is not 100% for sure but are pretty strong none the less.

  10. I have tweeted many "clues" as of late myself. Would anyone care to read them?

    Well folllow http://twitter.com/#!/Mr_Timeout

And here are some of the clues I have said.

"You will see what isn't there"

"Fear has many faces, but you have only seen one of them"

"Fear can be seen, Fear can be heard, but can Fear be spoken"

"This time were going to go, 7x7"

    and finally

"It was his presence that lingered through the air every night, his soul, and he only showed his physical self once, but now he plans to stick around for all of the frights. Expect to feel Fear every Year."

A New Age Of Darkness Begins.....

  11. The problem it doesn't really matter that the actors knew the differences, this event is about the guest experience and if they see the same mask they are going to say it was the same. Look at it this way, all of us inside HAVOC had barcodes on our heads, and I count the amount of people on my fingers that said something in the house. And still very little who realized it that I talked to after.

It's about what the viewer sees and quite frankly some people loved the barcode thing too but not too many people saw it so they didn't get to have that thrill.

  12. Assuming Time Out was the room with the red bag things hanging from the ceiling, did anyone ever get a reason for why it's called that? Because I might have an idea....

What is your take on why it was called "Timeout"?

  13. I enjoyed your cadences when you were doing a shift change, walking by Catacombs. It was the final shift change right before the last shift, I shouted out an "Hoorah!" in your support :P.

haha I love how I'm still reading this a month after, but I definitely do remember this, cause I yelled out "Hoorah!" right after I heard that. lol
