Hello everyone,
Thank you for your submissions to the 5th Annual Halloween Horror Nights Photo Contest. While the contest rules originally stipulated that we would end the window for submissions at 11:59PST last night, we've decided to grant a short extension. Due to Hurricane Sandy and the fact that some residents of the Northeast United States may have been without power for much of the past few weeks, we have extended the deadline for submissions by 24 hours.
The deadline for submitting your photos is now tonight, Monday night, at 11:59 PST.
For those of you who have already submitted your photos, thank you and good luck.
Voting on Round One of the 5th Annual Halloween Horror Nights Photo Contest will begin tomorrow (Tuesday).

To re-iterate what's already been said, please be sure your photos are of the "Trick-or-Treaters" scareactor group.
The "Trick-or-Treaters" were added several weeks into the event's run. They were primarily located on Plaza of the Stars, from the Universal Studios Store to the corner of Monster Cafe. Many members of this group are recognizable by their semi-transparent plastic face masks. Please DO NOT get them confused with the "Skoolhouse" characters from the "Dark Legions - Traditionals." They are completely different groups.
If you have mistakenly posted a photo of a "Traditional," please move it to the appropriate category.

This is an open category where you post your personal favorite photo. Photos can be from any aspect of Halloween Horror Nights.
Official Contest Rules
- All entries must be posted by Sunday 11/11/2012 at 11:59pm PACIFIC TIME, submissions after this time will not be included.
- There is ONE (1) submission per member, per contest. Once you post your picture, you can not replace it. You can not re-use the same photo entry in multiple contests.
- Pictures can not be altered in any way, except to adjust size, crop, correct exposure (contrast/levels) or add your own personal watermark. This is the Photography contest and the Photoshop contest is located in a different thread.
- Please resize pictures to be no larger than a maximum height or width of 800px. (ie. 800x600, 800x533). Photos exceeding these constraints will be asked to resize. If they are not resized by the end of the contest, they will not be included in the voting poll.
- Please do not include the photo as an attachment to your post. Upload it to a photo hosting website such as Flickr or Photobucket, and then link the photo (this is so I can make the voting poll).
