Did they use it last year?
I've been trying to say; temper your expectations. This is a perfect example. All signs are pointing to a change of focus for the entire event. When the hint that clues might still be released is given, but not on the website, immediately thinking LT does nothing but set yourself up for disappointment. Especially when 2008 LT is your frame of reference ("fizzled out last time" gives that away), it will not meet your expectatations. If LT is used, 2010 would likely be the model. And geluck on even getting that.
Unlike a lot of people on these forums, I don't walk into any HHN with expectations. I can't judge an event until I've been there. Same goes for the social media aspect. My frustration with the last LT go-around was not that it sucked, but that they just stopped updating not even halfway through the event.
I appreciate your concern, but whatever direction they go I'll be excited. Our only social media experience for HHN has been Legendary Truth so far though, so of course that is what is going to come to mind when Dr. Jimmy mentions social media.

Dr. Jimmy, I can only hope you are inferring a return of Legendary Truth. I'm still pissed about how it fizzled out last time.

Just took the survey and the options are definitely random. None of the options presented to me included a FFP+ pass for the entire event.

It is awesome... if you like the same exact thing every single year ;-)
It was great the first time, now it's as stale as can be. The novelty of walking on the backlot has long since worn off.
However, a haunted hayride in Orlando could be quite promising. The question is... where?
Through Citywalk of course! Have you seen how scary some of the people going to clubs down there are?

Not much for "inside information" but I was out at Uni last weekend and was speaking to one of the Jaws cast members. The person said that the rumor floating around the Uni cast is that the Jaws house will be some sort of "fear extraction" house. The person probably was basing this on complete conjecture, but knowing how you guys love any info, I figured I would throw it out there.

A quick Google search shows that Wyandot Manor actually exists. It's not a house as much as an institution. Among the services provided: mental health. Unrelated, but now I find the actual location creepy as well.

Yum! Beignets!
Is the reference to the Wyandots in the LT house description the first we have heard of them?
