Ha I work outside everyday in 90+ plus heat, the jaws queue shan't be beating me! I was in disaster last year and now I'm stepping up to the big heat. Plus I plan on using this motivation to lose a couple of pounds, through sweat.

Hey all,
This is completely random, but all this big band/speak easy talk has got me wondering. Is it possible that we may see a return of some sorts of Zombiegeddon/Zombie Gras? Zombie Gras especially would fit well into this theme if they did a prequel zone or house, perhaps during the initial uprising (did they ever say when that was)? Last year was my first year, so I don't know if they really look to sequelize the "funny" houses, but of all the scare zones and houses last year, it seems to me to be one of the easier ones to adapt to this new theme...
I don't know anything about another Zombie Awareness Program house but man, I'm hoping, HOPING that theres another humor house this year. I loved being a part of the semi-funny/semi-scary house. I'd love to do something like that again especially with a megaphone but I know thats kind of a pipe dream.

Sorry, but hell no. Game houses will never, ever happen.
Uh, sorry to be the barer of 'bad news' but at HHN X, There was a video game house. It was called "Nightmare Creatures II" and it was in the Kongfrontation ride and you basically walked through the ride which was pretty awesome and scareactors were littered through the walk way jumping out at you. So you should never say never.
Also thanks to the advent of the internet and this website I can back up my claim with the map from HHN X

I also read that wearing a mickey shirt or hat makes you a target automatically lol

At some point we ran into some kid, can't recall his name, who claimed to know what the next year's plans were and that he had friends in A&D or had friends of his relatives in A&D or whatever. Claimed he could get blueprints to the houses any time he wanted. We checked later and found that he had no connections at all. Pathetic.
That sounds alot like that Hans Leberson jerk if you happen to see him at the parks, avoid him. I spent five minutes with the kid and I wanted to kill myself.

Fangoria magazine what have you done? I mean you guys made Leave it to cleaver and that was the best thing ever... Ok this house isn’t scary or memorable. The detail put into it was AWESOME! Not much else was... This house is about the something strange in the sewers and the townspeople send you down into the sewers to check it out. Now nothing in this house is scary in any way...The end was not even visible because the strobe light was so strong. I went into everyone one of these houses twice except this and saw... There’s a reason for that.
Hey spawning came back with vengeance when they EVOLVED and took to the 2010 HHN wrap party. Here they are storming the stage with their House of the year 2010 trophy.
Other houses claim to have won house of the year in 2010 but, DID THEY HAVE A TROPHY, I DON'T THINK SO.

I'm sure its been said but HOS which is a great event really did surprise people with the fact that they did the Extreme House idea. Not only that but it was a secret until like the month before HOS opened, ok I may have just made that up, but regardless Universal didn't tap into the extreme house idea and the competition did. Now Universal merged the idea of a V.I.P lounge but failed to produce anything close to the extreme house concept that HOS actually did. I think this puts Universal in a situation where to meet with the idea of constantly evolving haunted house ideas and concepts to be the number one haunted event they will probably have to evolve to give what the market wants. I'm sure they read what people wrote in those surveys and I'm sure that a majority said that they went to HOS just for the extreme house.
Of course this is all speculation and I'm probably 100% wrong and I want everyone to know that I just had a moment of clarity so I'll wrap up this post by posting an unrelated picture.
