Random, but I feel like we should toss Hannibal into the speculation jar since they've now experimented with other TV programs besides TWD (FDTD & Face Off). Hannibal seems like the best next step as far as television goes since it's fairly popular and doesn't directly compete with TWD. Also the next season starts around announcement time and ends right before HHN starts.
Does that count Grimm?

In 1835 Maximillian inherit his Museum after the death of his great grandfather. While the museum was a success it began to fail in 1902 when they were replace with movie theaters that the museum was starting to decay, and at the point of foreclosure that Hatsofd committed suicide that before he died he swore that he would make them all come to the museum even if it means taking there lives as displays. He then sold his soul to Satin himself becoming a demonic curator abandoning the name Maximilliam Hatsofd renaming himself the Curator. At Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights you are invited to the reopening of the museum were the cause for entrance is your life so try to get out alive.

With a video game maze I wouldn't mind seeing a maze based off Capcom's 3 games Resident Evil, Dead Rising, and Devil May Cry like all 3 are put in one maze with Capcom easter eggs, and lots of scares.
