LoL Yeah, that was weird, I never saw him before today when i checked, was he even at the event on 06 in any way? I don't remember seeing that video where he appears before either
I saw that video a bunch of times because my friend was obsessed with it and made me watch it over and over (she thought the projectionist was awesome), but most people didn't see it unless they checked the site after the event had ended. And he never actually appeared in the event that I'm aware of.

Didn't see anyone mention it, but wtf is with them including "The Projectionist"? Talk about random characters I never expected to see again! he was only in that one post-event movie, right?

Next year, earlier, definitely a good thing. Also, I think a quick look at Hush's profile picture might be able to tell everyone who all they had left to hire last night. Thanks. It's okay, I'm not upset. It was a fun experience, made a bunch of friends, and I'll still be going to the event tons to take pictures of my friends, so it's totally cool.
Nah, those are masks in her picture. The bald girls are for a house, and I'm not sure where the bald guys are for (since I'm a girl, we weren't talking about the guys and the rumors for that, we were talking about ours.)

They apparently only cast 7 people yesterday, so congrats!!! I was the 1198th person to audition this season, but I didn't make it (Though i figured it wouldn't since I told them I wouldn't be able to shave my head). Next year, though, I'll be auditioning earlier.
And, yeah.. my guess is the rest of the auditions might not happen. They were saying they were totally full and just looking for a few people (specifically guys and girls that would shave their heads. Heard rumors about why, but I'm not going to disclose because you'll be finding out soon enough. )

If they were all filled we would already see an email. Word of advice go early! Real early, If you wait till after like 1PM, you are going to be in for a long wait.
oh, i'd take an early flight since i'm working till 6 am the night before.. so i can catch a super early flight. lol

do you think there will still be roles this coming tuesday? I might be able to miss one day of class for it, i just need to see flight stuff.

Aw, well, i'll hope. I can't make it down before then. -sad- Will they announce if they cancel the last audition? I'll hold off on buying my plane ticket.

I hope there's still ABU spots open in three weeks. I'm planning on auditioning aug 3rd, since I have classes in the evenings I can't skip to fly down to Orlando until a few days before.

Imagine this. A floating lantern in the darkness. it begins to glow a bright orange and it shows us how 6 very unfortunate individuals became horrific entities.
A clown performing on stage at a circus while his brother is in the audience.
A mortician performing surgery on a sick patient as his daughter looks on.
A aspiring film director is shooting footage for his next project.
An elderly woman is in a library reading a storybook to children.
A woman is sitting in a doctor's office, interviewing a patient in front of a mirror**
An usher makes the rounds at his theater searching the aisles with a flashlight.
** Only if Mary is indeed a part of this year. If she isn't, then skip this idea.
Then the light from the lantern seems to glow around the person and briefly transform them into the icon that the
person is destined to become. then the 6 individuals each discover a lantern nearby and, curiosity getting the best of them, touch the lantern and slowly undergo the transformation into the Icons. SO this year, we might not only see Ringmaster, Caretaker, Storyteller, Usher, Director, BM. maybe we see their earthly personas and see how they became who they are now.
Thats a pretty cool idea, though please let jack NOT be in his ringmaster form. He's creepier when he's the stalking clown figure.

No house has a ceiling due to fire hazards I think. You never really notice it though.
also, I know it's unlikely, but if the wood things had plexy glass over it you could walk on it.. Lighting it from below would be sick.
Hmm, I think some of the houses have had ceilings in places, but typically it's slotted if it is there (for lights and sounds and such).

One thing I really like on the site is how the counter that goes through the years slowly gets bloodier and bloodier until it gets to XX. The first 10 hardly have any blood on them at all. Kinda cool and poignant.

Holy crap, i go out of town for a few weeks and this is what i come back to. o.O lots of stuff to catch up on then.
20 years of fear sounds a bit generic to me, but I think it works for a reunion year.

I would absolutely love doctor who to be on it, but it is true.. only 2 million people watched the new season in the US on its premiere (which is really high compared to the past, but not that big in the grand scale of things. as an amy pond costumer i would be super ecstatic if it was there though)

Well, Carey, Ohio is supposed to be a joke about that middle of nowhere town.. they wanted a real place where probably no one that goes to HHN has actually heard of.
That being said, I wouldn't put it past them to connect them all together.... What other scarezones or events have been in the area that the Skoolhouse was in? TJ said that it was a big clue for us in 2008 that the skoolhouse was there, because it was the center of the event of the plot, and that's the exact center of the park... So what else has been there? Horrorwood is the first one coming to mind right now.

Oh god, i spend 2 days moving and I miss all the fun!
Okay, looking at the site, Definitely seeing the connection from Shadybrook and Shadow Creek. Not seeing school, but I like the little Alpha and Omega in the crest. Wonder the significance though, beyond the obvious beginning and end/life and death. Possible hint?
