Yep - express pass is included with the non-private tour. The express pass works before and after the tour so we book an 8pm tour which gives us 2 hours before to knock out the rides since some close early. Interesting to note. I've been receiving several surveys via email and the one today asked the following "You mentioned you attended Halloween Horror Nights in 2017. Did you attend Bill & Ted's Excellent Halloween Adventure during that year? " Hoping the rumors of Bill & Ted making a return for next year are true!
