Q. What is Halloween Horror Nights?

    A. Halloween Horror Nights is a specially ticketed event that takes place on select nights in October.

    The event features all new horrifying haunted houses, intense scare zones and an all-new “Bill and Ted's Excellent Halloween Adventure” containing parodies from TV, the movies, music, and more.

    Plus, many rides and attractions will be open during select hours. This is a separately ticketed event and not included with regular admission.

Q. Is this event suitable for children?

    A. This event may be too intense for young children. Adult discretion is strongly advised. There are no child ticket prices for this event.

Q. Will the rides and attractions be open?

    A. Select rides and attractions will be open during the event. Roller coasters are only open during select operating hours.

Q. Are costumes allowed?

    A. For the first time ever, costumes will be allowed on Monday, October 31, 2005 - Halloween Night. Costume restrictions apply. Guests not following the costume guidelines will be turned away at the font gate.

    There are no costumes, make-up or masks allowed at this event on all other nights. Guests wearing costumes will be turned away at the front gate.

Q. When and where is Halloween Horror Nights 15?

    A. The event will be held at Universal Orlando Resort with the entrance at Universal’s Islands of Adventure®.

    The event nights are:
    September 30, October 1, 7-9, 12-16, 20-23, and 27-31.

    Event hours are:
    6:30pm-2am on October 7, 8, 13, 14, 15, 21, 22, 28 & 29.
    All other nights: 6:30pm- midnight

    Event operates rain or shine.

Q. How can I purchase my Halloween Horror Nights 15 ticket?

    A. You can purchase your ticket online and print your ticket at home which enables you to go directly to the front gate and avoid the lines.

    You can also buy your ticket at the front gate of Universal's Islands of Adventure® or by calling the toll free number 1-877-717-3318.

    Discounted or special offers require at least 24 hour advance purchase.

Q. What is the price of a Halloween Horror Nights 15 ticket?

    A. General admission is $59.75+tax the day of the event.

    Florida residents save by buying in advance and save up to $20 more with a UPC code from any Coca-Cola classic® can or coupon from participating Burger King® restaurants.

Q. Where can I find the specially marked Coca-Cola classicŪ can or coupon from participating Burger KingŪ restaurants?

    A. Specially marked Coca-Cola classic® cans can be found in 12-packs and vending machines throughout Florida. Specially marked coupons can be found at participating Burger KingŪ restaurants throughout Florida.

Q. What is the Frequent Fear Pass?

    A. For the price of a one-night ticket ($59.75+tax), you can come back for unlimited event nights Sundays-Thursdays and you also receive access on September 30th and October 1st event nights. You can purchase your Frequent Fear pass online.

Q. If I purchase a daytime park ticket to Universal Studios Florida® or Universal's Islands or Adventure®, will it include Halloween Horror Nights 15?

    A. A daytime park ticket does NOT include Halloween Horror Nights as this is a separately ticketed event.

    You may upgrade your daytime ticket to include Halloween Horror Nights 15 by purchasing a Stay and Scream ticket (includes both daytime and HHN admission) at the same time you purchase your regular ticket or at Vacation Services in the parks.

    Stay and Scream tickets are $49.75+tax for Saturday nights, $39.75+tax for Friday nights and $24.75+tax for all other nights in addition to your daytime ticket admission.

Q. What is Halloween Horror Nights Express?

    A. Similar to the Universal Express Plus program, Halloween Horror Nights Express Pass allows you to skip the regular lines to the haunted houses and attractions.

    This can be purchased at Islands of Adventure during the event and is sold on a first come first served basis.

Q. Is Universal CityWalk® admission included with Halloween Horror Nights?

    A. Admission to most CityWalk clubs is included with your Halloween Horror Nights ticket stub on event days only.

    Not valid for separately ticketed concerts, special events and only valid for that event day. Some venues require you to be 21 and older for admission. Does not include movie at Universal Cineplex. Not valid at Bob Marley-A Tribute to FreedomSM on Saturday nights.
