Could anyone tell me what the 1996 HHN cloisonné medallion typically sells for? I couldn't find any on ebay or in archived listings for ebay. zombieman Posted September 6, 2018 Share Posted September 6, 2018 I own a complete medallion collection. The medallions started in 1996. I think mz_ is thinking about the 1997 cloisonne, which featured Eyegore (the little imp that gnaws on the eyelid). That 1997 medallion is quite common and they have sold for as low as $35. There are a couple of never-ending ads for those on Ebay that ask upwards of $100. Which is why they never end. The 1996 medallion is uber-rare, and one of the larger ones. I'm talking maybe a dozen were ever made. I had no idea they even had a 1996 medallion until I was speaking with another collector a long time who wanted one of my rare media gifts. I ended up buying that 1996 cloisonne to complete my collection, but I paid a steep premium for it. It is the crown jewel of my collection.
