Sinfear
And I’m pretty sure HHN Legacy said something along the lines of Stranger Things not returning this year
Fear2010
He also said Scream won’t be coming this year too. It was supposed to be the “White Whale” for 32 like he tweeted, but the deal wasn’t settled. Guess Chucky could be the only Slasher slot as a following of Halloween and Texas. 1
Sinfear
It’s understandable that Scream isn’t coming this year… but damn. 1
Fear2010
After looking at the pics of the now walled-off Kidzone (just a large portion of the area), It brought me into some curiosity on how It’s gonna affect the logistics for 32. Can you imagine how crazy the narrow pathway to ET would be on an HHN crowd level?
HHNGuy27
The way I picture it is B79 being the only house entrance back there. Both B79 and B108 would exit through ET as well. It shouldn't be that bad if the queues start/end closer to SpongeBob Storepants. In fact, it wouldn't be as crowded if there was only one house entrance.

The problem is that Netflix has its own Stranger Things experiences right now. They started in 2020 and will probably keep going for a few more years. I've heard that Netflix gets very greedy when it comes to merch, wanting a pretty good percentage of the profits made from merch at HHN. With them running their own experiences, they get every penny spent by guests. It's just not smart from a business standpoint for Netflix to share it's IP right now.
Fear2010
They could do a walled-off walkway through the Kidzone area during the event. Even with everything bulldozed, the safe walkable paths could be placed like some of the extended sprung tent areas by covering the walkways with some form of cover on whatever surface they could put, and elevate some parts of them if needed. As for the food booths that were over there, I don’t think they’ll be relocated, since only a large portion of Kidzone is getting a tear down.

I just saw pics of the construction walls and yeah, don't expect any food booths back there lol. A tent can be placed where the Chucky one was last year, but that's pretty much it for that entire area. The house entrance for B79 and exits for both B79 and B108 should come all the way out towards Central Park.
ultimateforce
Guys it's January. There's a lot of time to have walkways and room for food booths by then.
HHNGuy27
This re-theme is rumored to open sometime next year. Permits have been filed for Fieval's Playland to be demoed, I think. I could see the walls being pushed back toward Storepants, but that's it. It wouldn't really make sense to put food booths there.
Joelimitsu
Is there a Zombie movie that hasn't been to horror nights yet?
Fear2010
I think Universal is trying to take a long break with the Zombies cause of the Walking Dead overrepresentation.
Joelimitsu
I know. But, I'm saying if there was a zombie movie you would love to see at HHN, what would it be? I'd obviously go with Shaun of the Dead, Zombieland, and all three Romero Movies
Fear2010
But there is one problem of doing another Zombie house and/or zone at this point: Whether If it’s an original concept or an IP that has never been touched before, people would complain that It’s still the Walking Dead in some form. The zombies were a trend of the 2010’s that was ended by the oversaturation of the concept unlike this decade.
Sinfear
The only zombie things I wanna see are Shaun of the Dead and The Last Of Us.
Joelimitsu
Shaun of the Dead is my favorite Horror movie ever. So, I would gush if it came to Horror nights

Sinfear
Ehhhh, I thought the Killer Klowns house from 29 was alright. But it definitely does not need to return.
Fear2010
Killer Klowns might have some potential left, but It can’t be like what Hollywood had done last year, even if you flex the new Minions attraction that won’t be available anytime soon.
HHNGuy27
I could see KKFOS returning to Hollywood if it's an original take on the IP. Like some sort of original sequel. I say yes, bring it back to Orlando at least, and upgrade it to a Soundstage or Parade Building. The game also releases this year, so that makes it a little more likely in my book.

I’m thinking about that too. In case a Cleaver sequel doesn’t happen for 32, then this would make a good alternative for a comedy house. I also agree that the Killer Klownz from Outer Space deserves a better location for a facade other than having Klownzilla back.
Fear2010
Universal Orlando has recently announced an hour long HHN panel seminar at Transworld. Sounds interesting, but It’s likely they’re gonna focus on the previous years of the event other than talking about Chucky.
HHNGuy27
Idk.... I feel like something will get announced. My bet is on the dates, but maybe they'll surprise us and announce Monsters or something.
Fear2010
I’m definitely hoping for the dates and the general admission as the next announcement cause that’s the first thing I want to come regardless of what all the houses and zones will be. That’s the point we’re at, and this should also be the month for Legacy to throw us some clues. Was expecting last month a few weeks ago, but he’s pushing them back cause he was impressed how quick some in the fan community got them right, and we’ve already got one house announced with Chucky.
