Rikku
Please tell me I'm not the only one who thinks the Icons shouldn't have chainsaws?Cindy with a chainsaw? Really? Really???? I always loved Cindy but chainsaw? Maybe that's just too much of a good thing. People are going to get immune to them.Lady Lucks dress was definitely made for someone with... A little bit more boobs. It looks really awkward the way it sits on the actress currently. At no fault to her.I agree 100%. At no fault to the actress but the dress does look peculiar on her and I agree that I think that it doesn't fit her right at all .... along with the chainsaw with the gloves doesn't seem to suit her character but going back to what I was saying with her maybe if she had a stage she could've been without but out in the street she probably needs it to scare guests somehow ... not bad just there are things I would've wished for her to be better. I guess I get so interested with Lady Luck because that was the first year I like REALLY attended (meaning more than one or two nights) and thought it was such a strong year that I kinda have a personal connection to that year and thus with Lady Luck therefore I don't want her to get forgotten or discarded like my first year attending with Bloody Mary. So both of the icons I have connections with struggle for spotlight lol! Also thanks for uploading the photo!
clash
Yea I am curious about that as well. I won't be at the event till later in October has anyone grabbed a photo of her yet? I want to see how she looks. I agree that fixing her up a stage with some props and re-using her wheel then making a banner with her picture on it shouldn't have been that much more of a cost and would have given even more to the zone than having her wander the streets. Because from what it sounds like having a pretty woman walking the zone probably isn't doing much and the stage would help her and the character a lot more idk.I would understand if they couldn't get the fortune wheel out of storage (or if they had problems with the wheel being broken)...but the wheel is right there at the twister store.. It's like.. just..there.. just collecting dust lol. It's not doing anything besides being a really nice prop. they wanted to decorate the store and make it look awesome for people to go and check it out, but Couldn't they bring out something else from storage to display? Specially when Lady Luck is in the actual scarezone?(Maybe it was a space issue in the zone, but then again that wheel of fortune is so small (compared to the other stages) that it wouldn't make much difference Edited September 22, 2015 by clash
ForeverEvil1
I'm meh on giving random icons chainsaws, but I'm not gonna lie, that LL photo looks badass. Why does Lady Luck not have a stage? I'm guessing because she's not one of the "main icons". The ones that people really remember and have good memories. A lot of people probably remember LL for her scarezone, which is not the best memory to have. Most people probably don't know about her connections to every maze in 21.I say this loving LL, by the way. This isn't my hate filled "NO LADY LUCK" rant. Legacy
If Fear doesn't get a stage, Luck shouldn't get a stage. Both characters were an attempt to create "god-like monsters" versus crazy, evil (and maybe undead) people. They aren't in the same vein, or even comparable (story-wise).
criticalanalysis
Cindy with a chainsaw was a terrible idea.Lady Luck shouldn't have been in this zone.I don't know why we saw people from 7 here when they were horrendous. The stages were really cool, and the actors were ON POINT on those stages. But the rest of the characters were pretty bad. Would've loved to see decorations off the stage near each icon's piece.
Cody
Cindy can have a chainsaw as long as she remains so excited to have it.
Cinderelly115
Why isn't fear in this zone?I actually thought this zone was rather bland when I first went through but the more I went through it..the more I loved it! I absolutely LOVED watching the Usher (both casts) in this zone! He was amazing! He just played his part soo well and came off so incredibly creepy. ..I also saw different characters every time I went through that I hadn't seen before so I found that pretty neat as well.Icons having chainsaws = NO. Please take the chainsaws away from random characters.. kthnx. it seems like they just pass extra chainsaws to whomever. No one in this zone needs a saw.

Averixx De Avalon
I enjoy the random people with chainsaws. Especially if they use them well. The voodoo preist, for example. He hides around the stages, and gets the people without them expecting it.

Cooger and Dark
Quick question: they advertised that each icon would get two kills per set. Are these kills different or are they just repeating the same kill twice during their set?

Pandry
Crypt Keeper is now out here, as of Saturday. Saw him on Sunday. But it's actually a girl playing him.

criticalanalysis
What does this matter?Reverse it. A man is playing the role of Lady Luck. It wouldn't work.
King_K.
Reverse it. A man is playing the role of Lady Luck. It wouldn't work. This comparison makes no sense. Lady Luck is a face character, Crypt Keeper is masked.
criticalanalysis
This comparison makes no sense. Lady Luck is a face character, Crypt Keeper is masked. The body language between a man and woman is different. The physical differences between and a man and woman. Vocal interaction arguably the biggest difference, too.

Dr. Jimmy
I love this zone. La Llorona in one of the casts is a true HHN Diva (same scareactress that played a Pirate Wench in Face-Off last year and Sophia the Vampire from the Strengoit Horde in 2012),Last night she had a guest reduced to a quivering puddle of terror on the ground! The two people I was with and myself gave her a standing ovation for it. Brava! Also noteworthy are Abaddon (Voodoo priest) and Miss Gluttony (another true HHN Diva) who escorted the guests to each kill on the night I stopped to watch all of them. Abaddon was gleefully giggly as befits a Loa of the Guedé. And Gluttony speaks! Not a silent Sin!Of course anybody who has seen my profile already knows She has to be my favorite Sin. hhnfan95
From the videos I've seen on YouTube, here are some random thoughts I have about Icons:The continuity in this zone is horrible (ex. The Usher's appearance is always changing (ex. long hair one set, then short in another set & a mixed Usher)). Being a film student, you can tell I'm very strict when it comes to continuity.I wish the icons looked like they did when they first appeared at the event (mainly speaking about the Usher & Director).Fear should make (at least) one cameoIt seems like it's geared towards more of the HHN 21-24 "icons" in the streets (correct me if I'm wrong) and less of the past 25 years "icons"Once again, over all it looks like a great SZ!
