Halloween Horror Nights - Hollywood 2015 Speculation

Recommended Posts

I don't know why i see Mad Max being brought up.......whats scary about Mad Max?

It's not inherently scary but the upcoming film has a few things that could be used.

Im really interested in seeing what the non horror property will turn out to be.

But if Jurassic World matches that hint, then what property is the non-horror one?

Hmm... Mad Max (above), Terminator, Dr. Who (still hoping), Ghostbusters, The Mummy (more action than horror)

Do we actually have real hints assigned for the non-horror one other than it being non-horror and that the property is at least several years old?

I'm still highly skeptical on FVJ no one has provided proof other then Orlando thinks/are pretty sure they are gonna have it... a maze on it has been attempted twice by Murdy (?If you believe Nacasio was FVJ) and has not been attempted in a few years. Plus I thought you guys said they were SO SURE they were getting AHS what happened to that?

The "SO SURE" was more of a hopeful assumption given the timing of a season that could have been fairly easily made into a house/scare zone at HHN as well as the Lady Gaga season 5 announcement. Then the sources started releasing info and clues began being dropped by those in the know. Now it doesn't look so good. Changes still could take place, (and I hope they do) but the 5 ips that have been brought up are probably what we're stuck with. At best (or worst) maybe there is 1 more ip that's yet to be named and the other 2-5 will be originals or original reboots.

I found another movie that could possibly fit Rock Festival.

Night of the Lepus. (very obscure, yet somewhat famous)

White Rabbit performed by Jefferson Airplane was performed at Monterey and Woodstock.

The film takes place in Arizona, which has all 4 sports teams.

In order for the clue that says that this particular song was played at two festivals to fit, I think it has to be one of these.

Santana: Evil Ways or Savor

Jefferson Airplane: Somebody to Love, 3/5 a Mile in 10 Seconds, Come Back Baby, The Ballad of You Me & Pooneil, and Volunteers

Crosby, Stills & Nash: Pre-Road Downs, and Long Time Gone

If that clue is the red herring, the list grows quite a bit.

If I recall correctly, didn't he say nobody had guessed Soap Commercial even though the majority thought it was American Werewolf

Exactly my point when it was revealed he said it was guessed but the code names was not solved... that is the prime example of his carny ways so it could of been guessed or mentioned already but not connected right. The code names are just wild goose chases now.

I wouldn't really call trying to match only potentially 9 songs to a film or show a wild goose chase. Especially since more than half of those 9 aren't very likely to be used. On top of that, I just realized that Santana can't be used because as far as I know, no one died that is associated with his music. This only leaves Jefferson Airplane (lost their manager) and Crosby Stills & Nash (drummer). So at most we're looking at 7 songs.

Sir Owen Disney is under the impression Pre-Road Downs is the song we want and that it's TWD. However, TWD could theoretically be matched to at least 3 of the 7 remaining songs.

If the song is Volunteers, it could be a few others.

Heard a few rumors that they want to have a show at HHN, but it may or may not go through. If it does, it will NOT be Bill and Ted. I hear they are done with it. I would love to be wrong about this, but that's what I have been hearing.

Random, but I feel like we should toss Hannibal into the speculation jar since they've now experimented with other TV programs besides TWD (FDTD & Face Off). Hannibal seems like the best next step as far as television goes since it's fairly popular and doesn't directly compete with TWD. Also the next season starts around announcement time and ends right before HHN starts.

Does that count Grimm?
